It is 4300 square feet with 4 ensuite bedrooms and has a view of Mount Eisenhower to the south. Having breakfast and coffee on our poolside deck in the morning is a great way to start your day. The chef's kitchen comes with multiple sets of ceramica, fine wine glasses, top brand appliances (including 3 dishwashers), and everything you need to create a grand feast. Original SoCal art creates a beautiful ambience throughout our home. Large flatscreen tvs are found in the family room and two bedrooms with music throughout the house. Desert Horizons is in a fabulous location-- a 5 to 10 minute drive to major golf resorts, shopping and restaurants on El Paseo. Tenants will have access to all of the wonderful facilities in the newly rennovated clubhouse ($35 million spend) upon setting up an account with club management. The fastest growing sport in America is pickelball and 11 brand new courts await you at no extra cost. A very social and easy way to meet fellow vacationers and residents.
