Classic desert retreat and pool home in the heart of Indian Wells

My wife and I sincerely enjoyed our lengthy vacation stay at this prime Indian Wells Property. It is centrally located yet private and quiet. The owners of this property, Scott and Barb, are both nice and accommodating. They were very organized and had all the relevant information needed handy in a binder which they provided to us. The kitchen is ultimate gourmet layout style. The living room is cozy with fireplace and artwork. The only criticism we had was minor as we were not provided the remote control for the automatic garage door opener which meant we had to vacate our vehicle each time upon departure and arrival to manually enter the code on the keypad. We would highly recommend this property as a vacation rental. Any reasonable request made to Scott was addressed to our satisfaction. In fact he went the extra mile to mail some personal items we had mistakenly left behind back to us which was most appreciated. We will look forward to returning.

This is a great vacation house. The listing description was accurate and included everything as stated on the website. Each of the three bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and ample storage. The wi-fi internet works throughout the house. There is a large living room and a separate tv room. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the utensils and condiments you could need (except a kettle or teapot). The pool is great - unheated but perfect for hot summer days. The location is great, about 300m from the main highway where there is a bus stop which can take you into Indian Wells or onto Palm Desert & Palm Springs. There are bicycles available for use (which are extremely helpful given that everything is so spread out in Indian Wells). The property was clean and tidy when we arrived, and the owner had provided important information about security codes, wi-fi password etc. It was very good value compared with other properties in the area, especially at the time of the Coachella Music Festival. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.
