The Space:

The mid-century modern design features clean lines, geometric shapes, and bold pops of color throughout. The kitchen has spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a full range of cooking tools. A wide island seats 4 on barstools, and a formal dining table seats 6. Sliding glass doors open to a covered patio with outdoor sectional, smart TV, grill, and outdoor dining table. The living area has large couches and a big-screen smart TV. Another set of sliding doors leads to the back patio with seating that faces the shared community pool and lawn. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, smart TV, sliding glass doors to a private patio, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, standing tub, walk-in shower, and large closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, smart TV, and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, smart TV, and shares the same Jack and Jill bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Washer and dryer in unit. Driveway parking for 2 cars plus 2-car garage. Mountain and desert views from multiple rooms. High-speed WiFi and streaming on every TV.



Guest Access:

Self check-in details provided before arrival. Parking for 4 cars total: 2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage. Ring doorbell camera at front door and security camera by backyard are in use for exterior monitoring only.



The Neighborhood:

Indian Wells sits in the heart of the Coachella Valley between Palm Springs and La Quinta. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden is 1 mile away, hosting world-class tournaments and events year-round. Championship golf courses dot the area within a 5-minute drive. Luxury shopping and dining in El Paseo district are 10 minutes away in Palm Desert. Hiking trails at Eisenhower Mountain and Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument are within 15 minutes. The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens is a 12-minute drive. Coachella Valley Preserve offers scenic trails and is 20 minutes east.



Getting Around:

Indian Wells is accessible via Interstate 10. From Palm Springs International Airport, take I-10 east to Highway 111 south, about 20 minutes total. Downtown Palm Springs is 15 miles northwest. La Quinta is 6 miles southeast. Joshua Tree National Park north entrance is 45 miles and 50 minutes via I-10 and Park Boulevard.

    Great, comfortably stay. Beautiful home that was spacious and very clean. Beds were great, and appreciated shades on all the bedroom windows for day-time naps. Highly recommend!

    We had an amazing stay at this lovely place. This house was clean and very comfortable. It fit our family of 6 perfectly and we were able to enjoy our stay together. The community pool was also a great amenity. Overall, our stay was great and we would definitely come back.

    We stayed here to attend Stagecoach. The festival was mis managed but this home is not. Its clean, light and bright and the shared areas are big and varied.

    Beautiful and well maintained property. Well equipped kitchen, including spices and cooking basics. lots of room to hang out together. Kids loved the neighborhood pool. Our only negative was that patio lights did not work and that limited nighttime use of patio dining and cooking.

    Had zero reviews when leased it so took a chance. Our bet paid off… very nice property. Note: Friendly (if not a little curious) neighbors as it seems few if any vrbo properties in this neighborhood so if you rent this property don’t be a loud jerk and make the neighbors miserable. So if you are an inconsiderate drunken loudmouth I betcha these same nice neighbors who take pride in where they live will dial the constable sooner as opposed to later. Moving on, this property is updated and spotless. The floor plan is super. There are four bedrooms with a full bathroom (master) and two 3/4 baths (one of which is a Jack and Jill shared by 2 bedrooms) plus a 1/2 bath. Each bed is full or larger - perfect for our group of four golfing men. There is a (nice) community pool that is said to be heated: it was a little on the refreshing side but tolerable. The property is likely just going into vrbo use and could use a few more kitchen toys like a colander, garlic press, some more food storage items like Tupperware… and since the kitchen is beautiful and very well suited to groups working together to cook a large meal I betcha over time it will come to have more such items. The bedsheets could use an upgrade - servicable and comfortable but not quite up to the top-notch grade of the rest of the property and not as nice as the top-shelf luxury towels. I looked and looked and looked for the perfect golf trip property for four men. I shopped for about six months. And this property popped up and lo and behold it was a perfect fit for us. I would without hesitation rent it again. PS my golf buddies thought I was a wizard for finding this lovely property. -James
