Upscale Home in Classy Indian Wells

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Pool was great and fresh fruit in yard a plus (pink grapefruit!!!) with lovely citrus scent outside.Furniture was either like new OR ratty and falling apart - especially main white sectional couch with disintegrating leather that got all over the floor.Main complaint was the strange and dangerous 4 or 6 inch half step that bisected the living room. It is marked with blue tape, but we still all almost bit it multiple times the first day. We ended up moving chairs to block/indicate where the drop off was so no one would twist an ankle or worse. There are gorgeous views out the floor to ceiling back windows, so you are looking out and forget to look down because … why would there be a step? Anyway - besides that everything was wonderful!

We had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Pool was the perfect temp. We had a wonderful stay/.

Our stay was so relaxing and comfortable. The house has plenty of sitting spaces (indoors and outdoors). In addition, they have every amenity possible to relax and seclude yourself in luxury (full kitchen, soaker tub, pool, TV, etc.). It is a super bright space with lots of windows in a super quiet community. If seclusion is not what you want, you are close to many shopping centers, restaurants, and points of interest surrounding the area. Loved it!!

We are used to being met at a property by a real person. Instead you are met by an digital smart front door key pad. Any early issues are handled by a call center. It took 36 hours before we were able to have a conversation with the property manager, John. Once we met John, every issue was handled promptly and professionally. The home is well appointed, in a neighborhood that anyone would love to call their own and close to everything you will ever need need or want.

The beds are comfortable and the house leaves all the linens and beach towels you'll need. The kitchen was used by our small group daily and was also well fitted. The folks at Turnkey were kind and helpful. We will be back!

Stayed here during the Indian Wells tennis tournament. Just a few minutes distance to the Tennis Garden. Loved the spacious open floor plan of the house. The dining set on the covered patio is such an enjoyable place for family meals. Everything is so clean and well maintained--inside and out. The outside lighting with the beautiful pool and fire pit were the center of evening entertainment for our family. Loved the classy mid-century vibe! Will be returning this year.
