We traveled to Indian Wells in March for the Tennis tournament. Had 2 adult couples and one adult single in our party. The house is plenty big and could have easily held 4 adult couples pretty comfortably but would recommend only 3 couples. The house had been vacant for years and had been recently updated. Still needed some work done such as a kitchen remodel and maybe new carpets. The pool area was pretty basic and could use some updated outdoor furniture to make it more desirable. But everything worked great (good air conditioning!) and the pool worked fine. With the couple of updates I recommended it would be a 5 star place to stay. Great local renters who were available if we needed anything. Overall a good place to stay at a reasonable price!
