This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation. brbr(4) Dishes - All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $45 fee- our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law this includes leaving dishes with food on them or left in the home. It also attracts vermin. Please note this is part of our permit and not included in cleaning the home after guests leave. br br(5) Trash - All trash must be removed offsite to the free trash sites. Any bags or trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen (including leaving behind items in the fridge, or outside is subject to a $25 per bag for removal this is not our rule - this is the law and we must abide by it as there is no trash service due to wild animals. Please do not review us based on the law. We provide a dump service if you should want to pay in advance, but we have to send a dump service we cannot have housekeepers take the trash as the CITY does not allow this.br br(6) Barbecue- Propane is offered on the honor system on any firepit or BBQ. Please do not leave the firepit or BBQ on unattended. Please clean the BBQ after use. If by chance the propane runs out, please let us know and we will send someone to replace it. Please make sure all propane is turned off after use. Big Bear does not allow the use of charcoal of lighter fluid. Please be advised if you run out of propane and it is after hours we cannot promise after hours refills late at night as the stores may not be open. br br(7) Pet- All pets must be disclosed and pet fees paid in full prior to your arrival. Please be sure to clean up after your pets, please do not allow them on the furniture or bedding, and for their safety do not leave them outside unattended. Any pet waste left inside or outside of the home or damages to the home are subject to additional cleaning or repair fees.brbrbr(8) Hot Tub – No hot tub use after 10pm per the law any time a spa is left open and the cover off more than 30 mins a fine of $250 per hour will be due plus damages to the spa as this can result in pipes freezing - if a user error or maintenance is found or if we have to dump and fill water prior to your stay due to cleanliness requirements - we cannot be held liable nor grant refunds for a spa not being at the temperature desired or if left uncovered - if we have to dump the water it can take 24 hours for it to warm up. This is out of our control as sometimes the water has to be dumped and can take 24 hours to warm up. This will not be grounds for a refund. brbr(9) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Chains will be required during winter and when snowy conditions are present. br*Please note the maximum number of cars we can accommodate is two. br*We have several full time neighbors living around our home. Please be respectful and do not make excessive noise or play loud music. The cabin is in the woods with critters, stairs, and weather. By booking this unit, you accept all responsibility and liability for keeping you, your guests, and your children safe.br3. There is NO smoking IN the home. (You can outside but please remove cigarette butts). If you do choose to smoke inside or if the house smells of smoke from outside smoking, there will be a $500 charge for odor removal services.br4. Stairs leading to the house are NOT handicap accessible!br5. No parties at the house or guests outside of those who have registered as guests. This rule is strictly enforced and your deposit will be forfeit for any violations of this rule.br6. Please do not move the furniture.br7. Please report any damage.br8. If you use the appliances or cookware, please clean them before putting them away. br9. Please keep any outside noise to manageable levels - respecting the neighbor’s privacy and right to sleep. Please no outside noise after 10 at night.br10. Please do not leave the doors open with the heat running. br11. Please remove trash. If not removed, a $25 fee will be charged. br12. Primary renter/guest is defined as the person reserving and paying for the security deposit/ rental fees and is responsible for all guests staying at the property during their stay.br15.
