Big Bear Farmhouse With Spa, Gameroom & Pool Table

A wonderful home with top tier finishes that suited our needs perfectly. The place has a color TV in each room and the wifi worked perfectly. The separate game room was a great place for our kids to play. The huge yard made the whole stay feel so much more relaxing and there was plenty of space on the grounds to park our cars. The location within Big Bear was perfect as it was quiet but everything was within a short walk or a 5 minute drive.

This spot is amazing! Everything you can ask for; a lovely yard, hot tub, spacious, well placed location, awesome game room, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, and a great porch and back patio. Nick was also very responsive and flexible, thank you so much for that! We had an awesome time - highly recommend.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at BIg Bear Farmhouse! Our group of 8 adults and 2 kids was comfortably accommodated with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the layout was spacious and inviting, and the home was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. There were more than enough towels, cookware, pans, and kitchen essentials — it truly felt like a home away from home. One of our absolute favorite features was the separate game room! It was such a fun bonus and gave both the kids and adults their own space to unwind and have a great time. It really elevated the whole experience and made the stay even more memorable. Another huge highlight was the outdoor space. Nearly an acre of land in Big Bear is such a rare find! The kids had so much room to run and play, and there were tons of toys and activities to keep them entertained the entire time. It made traveling with little ones so easy and enjoyable. Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. Clean, well-equipped, spacious, and perfect for large families or groups. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Big Bear escape!

The cabin was well maintained and upgraded, bedrooms were spacious, the lot is large and private, and everything is located very close by. My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Thank you

We stayed at the farmhouse for my sons 8th birthday… we came a little too early and there was no snow but he had fun with his cousins anyways because the farmhouse had a game room that was super cool and the kids played in there all weekend long. Theres a pool table, foosball table, darts and basketball hoop and plenty of space for the kids to run around outside. They played in the jacuzzi as well. Although we wish there was snow all the kids still had a blast. The hide is fully stocked with pots pans and even a rice cooker that came in handy. We had such a great time and will definitely come back when there’s snow as we will want to sled in the back yard. Also love the fact that the location is walking distance to the village. Definitely would recommend anyone with kids to stay here.

The house was beautiful and very clean. We really enjoyed having fires every night—it made everything feel so cozy. The hot tub was fun to hang out in, and the snow on the first night was magical.

We loved it!! The house and game room were very charming and suprisingly private. The host was very flexible and without asking offerd us early check in.. We arrived in town around 2pm and check in was at 4pm. Also, we needed to bring our small dog last minute. Unfortunately, our dog sitter cancelled the day of check in and the host made an exception for us to bring her with, which we really appreciated!The main house was perfect, more than enough rooms and bathrooms for any large family or party! Central ac and heating, the game room and jacuzzi were an added bonus for the adults and the kids entertainment and comfort. plus there were tons of games card/board games and toys in the mainhouse which kept the kids entertained, as we cooked our thanksgiving feast. There were multiple tables throughout the dinning, sun room and kitchen which helped facilitate easy seating for our thanksgiving feast aswell and food set up. Which made things very simplified! The stove was perfect size for us to cook said feast a convection oven sped up the process! The one thing i wished we had more of in the kitchen was counter space, It felt very limited when prepping all the side dishes but again was very vozy, and charming! Honestly, i could only say good things about the house and host! We would definitely stay again giving the need arise!

Hello! We went for a long weekend for a family birthday. The game room was great & had a nice AC unit. The house was cozy.Check in was easy. Full kitchen, nice big table to hang out at, cozy living room, good coffee, bbq was clean, wifi worked, plenty of parking, jacuzzi was nice, close to food and shopping. Basket ball hoop and ping pong table got some love. Hammocks were out for the last evening. Those were cool. The littles ran around.The room at the top of the stairs is the coolest with its window AC. The downstairs room to the right hand side was super hot. Homeowner provided fans for the rooms and the living room. Thank goodness!The property is non smoking so the smokers we had spent the days/evenings smoking in the vehicles in the driveway…on the last evening we used the bbq and jacuzzi and found bud nug crumbs on the back table and seats…we didn’t realize we could have smoked on the back patio, lol. I wasn’t impressed with their cleaning service and let the host know that if they were being charged that they should have a discussion with their provider. (There was trash under a couple of beds and dust bunnies galore.) Ants showed up when we started cooking, they were hungry too. The coolest thing was the little chipmunks and squirrels running around in the early mornings. And we saw a coyote every morning and evening walking across the property. I do recommend the host and the home. Host was very helpful prior to our stay because I’m a newbie with VRBO.

This was exactly as advertised. It was a great stay at a wonderful property. Perfect for a group of friends and the game room was great for hanging out.

My friends and I went to Big Bear for a weekend trip. The place fit all of us nicely! The place was spacious and clean. The owner was very considerate, respectful and accommodating. Overall, a wonderful experience! I would stay at the farmhouse again on our next trip!

My family had a fantastic stay at the Big Bear Farmhouse. The home was beautiful and spacious. We spent our days playing in the snow, afternoons by the fire place, and evenings in the game room. We will remember this cabin for a long time!

In a busy life these days, the chance of going on a vacation with family is slim. So glad we chose this cabin. Had everything we needed. Always quick responses to our questions. Clean. Kids friendly.

The Big Bear Farmhouse provided the perfect location and ambiance for two families to spend three days together—sharing stories by the crackling fireplace, enjoying a fabulous Thanksgiving dinner that was a joy to prepare with the upscale appliances and table settings. The large dining room table was perfect to eat our meals with a place for everyone—even my four-month old granddaughter—her first time ever in a high chair. There was even a white noise machine and pack and play for her, making a perfect night for all of us. The separate game room was terrific for some of our group to be entertained with pool, darts, other games and it allowed some of us to prepare the dinner while others kept busy with games. The hot tub was the perfect finale during a warm afternoon and the gas grill allowed a separate cooking space when the kitchen was used to the fullest!

We loved our stay at the Big Bear Farmhouse! The house was very clean, great amount of bedrooms, very comfortable beds. The home supplies everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The game room and trampoline was a HUGE hit with the kids and a savior for the adults for entertainment. Overall a very cozy mountain getaway and Nick was very accommodating,always easy to reach. Cant wait to go back when there's snow. :)

This was a multi-generation vacation. The house was perfect for all 8 of us. We were provided with linens, towels, bathroom necessities and a great coffee maker. Although we didn't use the pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cutlery, and cups and glasses, they were all there and they were provided. The game room as fantastic and got a lot of use. We will definitely plan to go back to the Big Bear Farmhouse.
