A few more steps up will lead you to the second level of the home where you have two bedrooms one offering a queen bed, the second a set of twin bunk beds. The third level a few steps higher, provides a second bathroom with a private john, and a large primary bedroom with private balcony. A few steps more and you will find the fully stocked kitchen which has all the modern conveniences including upgraded stainless appliances and countertop seating. This level provides amazing ocean views from each room and from it you can also step outside to a second balcony to enjoy the panoramic white sand beach and ocean views. This condo has been updated and is prepared spotless each time. Seascape Resort is located nicely at the center of Monterey Bay making it easy to visit Santa Cruz, Capitola, Monterey, Carmel and more!brbrEnjoy contactless access when you arrive. Simply park in front of the resort or under in the parking garage and use the provided code to enter the condo. There`s no need to check-in at the front desk of the resort because your reservation is directly with us and will not be in their system. Parking is free throughout the resort.brbrIMPORTANT DISCLOSURES - PLEASE READ:brbrTHE CONDO IS NOT STOCKED FOR LONG STAYS. Only an initial supply of items such as toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, coffee etc are supplied. This is done to make things easier for you when you arrive. Also, there are towels and linens provided, but they are not cleaned or resupplied during your stay. A laundry facility is located in the parking garage, below unit 116, which can be used for free. If you would like extra cleanings during your stay which would include a refreshed setup just as when you arrived, it can be arranged for a $149 fee.brbrEARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT IS NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF CLEANING SCHEDULE AND TIMED LOCK CODING. It is guaranteed to be ready by the normal check-in time.brbrTHERE IS NO TRADITIONAL OVEN. The condo has a kitchenette and not a full kitchen. It contains an under counter refrigerator, compact freezer, drawer dishwasher, electric stove top, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, and toaster. The microwave does have a convection oven feature.brbrTHERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Most coastal locations don`t have and rarely need air conditioning because of the cool breeze from the ocean.brbrPETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. As per personal policy and the policy of the resort, guests are not allowed to have pets of the property. If you see them during your stay it is just because regulation allows neighboring residents to pass thru to the beach.brbrThe resort facilities and services may, from time to time, have certain amenities temporarily out of service or under maintenance for various reasons. We will keep you informed as we are if this occurs, but cannot make special accommodation for conditions that are out of our control.brbrGUESTS ARE CONSIDERED OWNER`S GUESTS. Happy House is a charming 2 bedroom 1 bath Cottage just steps away to the entrance to Seacliff State Beach Park. At this time we are offering reservations that are 30+ days long. This is convenient for traveling nurses, working remote, extended vacations, families, retired guests or even locals remodeling their home that need safe temporary housing. brbrYou have parking for up to 3 vehicles in our driveway. We have a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, stove/oven, refrigerator, cook ware and dishwasher. There is a washer & dryer for laundry and we provide linens and towels for the house, please bring your own beach towels. brbrWe have wireless internet access, smart TV, DVD and VCR with movies for kids. Happy House is less than a block to groceries, restaurants and shops. Amenities include gas log fireplace, a fenced back yard and charcoal barbecue. brbrExplore the natural beauty in our area along the coastline to the redwood forests and beyond. As our guest you have use of our Golden Poppy Annual Day Use Pass which gets you into many Northern California State Parks, State Beaches, State Reservoirs and premiere Redwoods for free. (Regularly $10 a day). brbrSeacliff State Beach Park is the home of the cement ship. It has picnic areas, fishing, visitor/learning center with information on the local fossils and history. There is also a paved pathway for walking or biking that leads to Rio Del Mar Beach. The beach and walking areas welcomes dogs on leash. brbrWe are near the redwoods in Nisene Marks State park with great hiking and biking trails. We are 10 minute drive to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Monterey Bay Aquarium is about a 45 minute drive and Roaring Camp is about a 20 minute drive. brbrWe have a relaxed, casual atmosphere. For small kids there are 2 booster seats for the kitchen table and beach toys. We have an assortment of children's books, mega-blocks, family board games, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards you are welcome to use. brbrHappy House is a cozy home limited to 6 guests. The default rate includes 2 guests, additional guests are $5 a person per night. Friendly, well behaved pets who are a good fit with our pet rules are welcome at a $150 fee per pet which must be arranged in advance.brbrSome of our House Rules: brNo SmokingbrCheck in any time after 4 PM.brCheck out time is strict at 11 AM. brQuiet time is 10pm - 8am. brNo large parties, maximum of 12 people on the property at all times. Maximum of 6 people overnight with additional person fee.brTurn off the heat and lights when you go out.brFireworks are illegal in Santa Cruz County. brTrash and recyclables must be sorted and put in the provided covered containers. brReturn keys to lock box when you check out.brNo pets allowed on the property unless arranged in advance and pet fees have been paid.
