I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice little unit. Remodeled bathrooms, and well equipped kitchen. We were fortunate to find this place for the dates were were interested in (5 days before Thanksgiving Day) A few minor improvements would go a lone way. It would benefit from room darkening curtains in the two ocean view bedrooms. Only one bedroom had a chest of drawers or dresser. A towel rack in downstairs bath would nice. There are plenty of dining chairs but the table can only seat 6. No washer/dryer is a disadvantage but it's recognized in the rental price.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this exact home over 30 years ago and were pleasantly amazed at all the upgrades. Very comfortable for 6 of us and loved the new floors and updated kitchen. Owner did a great job. Only thing we could think of was a new patio umbrella. Was pretty rusted with some duct tape repairs, otherwise everything else was great.

Stayed Nov 19, 2023Our family loves staying here! It has lots of beds and blankets and the property management company is very responsive. We feel well taken care of and it is heaven staying right on the beach. The newly remodeled kitchen is spacious with a large sink and all the appliances we need!

Stayed Jul 29, 20233 bedrooms and only 1small dresser. Downstairs shower leaked all over the floor. Constantly battled ants in all the rooms. Sliding door lock was broken. Bulb was out in bathroom.Bathroom cabinet missing the handle. A big disappointment
