Welcome to the Skipping Stone, a spacious, modern home in Lake Country, BC. Just a stone's throw to Kelowna. Abundant activities for people of all ages! Do lots or just relax in our resort like community. Enjoy panoramic views from all rooms!

Please be advised, rentals are Min 31 days, Max 90 days. Sleeps six, plus an infant. No smoking, no pets, and no parties or events. Parking for two vehicles, possibly three. RVs, boats,and similar vehicles are not allowed to park in the community. There is a new storage yard nearby, $$Fee.

The Skipping Stone is a well outfitted, fully furnished, 3200 sq. ft. modern home with panoramic lake and mountains views! Each of the three, large bedrooms have a dedicated work area and full, private baths. Plenty of books, games, wifi and streaming!

The beds are K, Q, Q, and a sofa bed.

Enjoy a short, scenic walk to the lakeshore, beachside park, bike park, and trails. Pickleball, tennis and basketball courts are nearby, as are wineries, restaurants and a boat launch. Take a scenic drive to golf, more lakes, bike trails, the rail trail, parks, ski resorts, kangaroo farm, the airport, Kelowna and more.

Kitchen and Dining - The large island seats up to four comfortably and the dining table seats up to six. Cooks...we have a double oven with an induction cook top. The kitchen, butler's pantry and walk in pantry are well stocked with plenty of cookware, serve-ware, counter top appliances, and basic cooking and baking ingredients for guest use. Two refrigerators upstairs and one frig downstairs.

Enjoy the proximity of Lake Okanagan - the panoramic views, starry nights and soft hued sunsets.

There will be a basket of goodies for you on the island in the kitchen. We ask that you kindly return the basket to the pantry upon departure.

On each level you will notice a fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are placed near all bedrooms.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive the Skipping Stone Guest Information Guide. We will have a backup copy on the kitchen island.
