You and your family will love this! The level lot is safe for kids and seniors. It's rock-free and has shallow water which warms up nicely in our bay. brbrbrCalling all nature lovers! We are right next to a wildlife sanctuary, so you can sit on the deck and watch the ospreys, ducks, otters and even deer meander by. This also begins the lovely waterfront boardwalk to downtown. Walk, roller blade or bike to free outdoor concerts, shops and restaurants. brbrbrIt cannot be stressed enough how special this location is. We are the first house on the first private beach just north of downtown in the Cultural District. We border the wildlife sanctuary and have our own private beach and lake access. Our outdoor toy chest has sand toys, beach balls, bubble makers, beach balls and badminton. brbrbrRelax in our tastefully decorated vacation home with expansive windows to take in the view.
