The accommodations were perfect for location. We were able to walk to most things we wanted to do. Great atmosphere of the accommodation to relax with friends after wine touring.

This is a beautiful well maintained property located in a beautiful neighborhood. The pool is a brief walk away as is the beach and numerous restaurants. It felt like we were staying in a resort. Flora helped us check in. She was helpful and very informative. We enjoyed this area and property so much we’ve booked it again for next year.

Property was well stocked with kitchen extras etc. Tuk and Flora were exceptional! Unit was exactly as desired.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full stocked kitchen in terms of dishes, cookware, etc. Very nice balcony with a BBQ.

The property is very well located, just a few steps away from Tugboat Bay Beach and a few minutes walking distance from the cultural district.Very clean and calm.It was easy to speak with Takis.

Enjoyed my stay. Condo is clean and cozy and in the perfect location. Parked the vehicle and was able to walk everywhere.

Great location and nice accommodation. Unfortunately the den no longer had a bed as advertised. While there is now a sofa bed in the living room, we booked the unit based on the bed being located in the den area. (To allow for the living room to still be utilized at all times as we were two separate families). This should be updated in the VRBO information. The unit bathrooms were not very clean with previous renters hair in the shower, steam drips noticeably running down the walls and brown gunk in the ensuite shower door track. The unit also smelled noticeably of mildew or a musty type of smell that never went away. We were unsure if there was an issue with the A/C filters needing to be changed/cleaned or possible water leak somewhere.

Condo was fabulous, exactly as pictures and outfitted with everything needed for a week away (including beach/pool towels!). We were two couples and had more than enough space! Pool and hot tubs a minute walk away, quiet beach 5 mins walk away, downtown 15-20 mins walk. Host was very responsive to answering questions. If we're ever back in Kelowna we'll look at staying here again!

Wonderfully convenient location, beautiful windows and balcony space, well stocked kitchen, great communication with host. Would recommend!

Great location and lovely accommodation

This is a good property if you want to be downtown close to the action. It has a nice outdoor space and it was nice to have access to a pool. Easy access to the lakefront walking path.

We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen very well equipped. We did a fully turkey dinner. Outdoor communal hot tub was great. Deck was spacious and lovely. We were hoping to have a water view, but it was still lovely. There is a cot that we thought we could set up as a third sleeping area but we really didn't feel there was a good spot for it to be considered workable. So we opted for pull out couch which was brand new and surprising quite comfortable. Flora was wonderful with answering questions. Great to be walking distance to downtown. We would definitely opt to stay again.

Easy walking distance to downtown and waterfront areas. Owner responded quickly to requests made prior to arrival. Everything in the unit was as advertised. Will definitely consider this property next time we're in Kelowna.

The condo was clean and comfortable. We didn’t have a car and everything we needed or wanted was within walking distance . Sitting around the pool also helped us enjoy our holiday

Fantastic location, great amenities. Walking distance to lake and downtown. Love the Lime scooters right outfront of the condo to scoot around downtown. Hot tubes and pool lovey. Thank you to Flora abd Takis for everything. We will be back Cheers

This condo is in a great location, half block from the waterfront walkway and easy walk to everything downtown. There is a nice big balcony, and the condo itself is new and spotlessly kept. Our only complaint was that the living room furniture was older and pretty squashy, as was the cot that one of our party slept on. Some things could use updating.

The condo is very well located, clean and mostly worked well for the 4 of us. We stayed there the week of May 12, 2024.We were disappointed with the following: 1) The kettle is very small, the lid does not shut nor automatically shut off. We had to stand by it to shut it off and had to run it a couple time to get enough hot water for us. 2) Our morning toast set on the lowest toast setting sometimes got burnt. 3) We stayed a full week and for the 4 of us, we were provided with one half box of kleenex and another box with 5 sheets left, 3 toilet rolls, 3/4 roll of paper towels and 2 small soaps. We reached out to the owner for more and he wasn't very happy that we asked for more. We then reached out to the property manager and she was kind enough to give us more of these. 4) We were also given only one garbage bag for the kitchen and 4 pods for the dishwasher which is certainly not enough for a full week, especially one garbage bag. We went and purchased more ourselves. I would recommend keeping more available for future guests. 5) The blinds in both bedrooms do not keep the sunlight out at all and made it difficult to sleep in the morning especially since sunrise is very early in May. I would suggest getting new darker shades/blinds that block the sunlight for the windows in the 2 bedrooms. Other than the above issues, we were happy with the condominium. It had all the basic amenities we needed.
