This immaculate condo sleeps 6 comfortably and offers plenty of space for the family to spread out or gather together and make lasting memories. You’ll have unlimited free high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring that whether you need to jump on a Zoom call, upload your Insta-worthy pictures or catch up on your favourite YouTube channel, there will be no interruptions. The condo also has a big-screen Smart TV so you can log into any streaming service you wish.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room-darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

KITCHEN
When you’re away with the family, a great kitchen is always a must, and in this kitchen, you will not be disappointed. Go ahead, cook your favourite dish or try something new in the kitchen, complete with all your basic appliances, plenty of counter space and everything you need to get the job done with ease. It also features a breakfast bar with seating for two, where you can serve easy meals & snacks to get the kids fed and out the door, where adventure awaits.

PARKING
You’ll also have your own designated underground parking spot, offering you another level of convenience, guaranteeing you won’t have to spend time searching for visitor or street parking. However, if you have more than one vehicle, there is plenty of additional parking.


PANORAMA TRANSPORTATION
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.

The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning this summer at our town’s local market.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

    Location was excellent. The suite was on the 1 st floor which made it easy to get in and out of and not wait for an elevator. Quick walk to the lake which was perfect-pool is right outside and juat a quick drive to downtown.

    Had a mixed experience.Pros:The location is definitely the highlight—a short walk to a beautiful beach and near shops and restaurants. The complex has a great pool and hot tub area. Cons:Host provided incorrect info about wifi resulting in time consuming troubleshooting. Several days of our booking the pool/hot tub were closed. Unit is on ground floor next to a busy highway; the outdoor space wasn’t really usable due to noise and lack of privacy. Also, cleanliness was an issue. We noticed pink and black mold in the bathroom showers and the floors were very grimy. Overall would stay in this location again but in a different unit.

    Overall the place was good. The pool and spa area was very good. The unit was well equipped and clean. The unit could use an upgrade to the furniture, which has seen better days. I would recommend this property to anyone interested.

    We enjoy this property great location, lots of amenities inside and outside, having the outdoor space was such a plus as we brought our dog Great communication with hosts, lots of starter products, Sobys right up the hill, beach right there, beds super comfortable, 5 stars thank you for a great getaway!!

    We had a great stay - just like being at home. The condo was great and comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied. The hot tub was clean and hot - the pool was used to cool off! All in all a great stay and will certainly stay again!

    Great location very close to a beach and the heart of town, lovely well kept pool, nice modern decor with a well equipped kitchen, responsive hosts, reasonable price, and lots of space for our family including the dog. Highly recommend!
