Cultus Lake Paradise In the Park, Large and big backyard with a large fire pit!

Steve and Dory are excellent hosts! Very attentive and available whenever you need. Not that you will need anything. This cottage has all the comforts of home. The backyard fire pit is a great feature too. Will definitely be back next year! Thanks Steve and Dory!!!!

Stayed at this property for a week for my son’s wedding. Photos of property were very accurate, as was description. Everything worked as it should. We did some meal prep for the wedding and all basic kitchen essentials were present. Overall cleanliness was perfect. 3 of the 4 beds were slept in and everyone commented how comfortable they were. Pillows were top quality. We had two small dogs and the fenced yard was secure. Any and all communication with property owner was prompt and professional. I would gladly rent this property again next time we are in the area.

Our family of 10 stayed for 4 nights. We had a wonderful family vacation & we hope to return next year. The location is a short walk to the lake, Adventure Park, water slides & hiking trails. When we weren’t off doing activities, we particularly enjoyed the peaceful & shady fenced back yard. Indoors, we hung out, played board games on the ample dining room table, or watched movies on the TV. The kitchen really worked for preparing our family meals, which we usually ate outside. We had a barbecue dinner one evening & that was nice, too.We had a wonderful & relaxing family vacation thanks to this peaceful & beautifully located home.

Cool retro cabin located a short walk from the beach on a crystal clear lake makes for a lovely spot to stay. Thanks for having us!

The house is cozy and has lots of character. It was well equipment for our multiple families and close to all the activities Cuultus has to offer. We walked to the lake, amusement and water parks in less than 10 minutes. There is ample parking and the big backyard was great. We would definitely stay again.

The cleanliness of this property is not as stated in reviews. The bathtub was never cleaned for our arrival. The shower head is held on w black electrical tape.There is a broken lamp shape And bulb in one bedroom but it still works so they just left it there for guests to use. Why?One bedroom's door knob kept locking me out of my room w my 2 small pets inside. The old 1960s door knobs lock every time this non locking door shuts. We had to figure out how to climb up into the window from the back! Luckily the window was open and we used a butter knife to pop the screen and the most spry of us, a 65 year old climbed in there! And then She was also locked in there! So it took a good 10 minutes of a person inside and a person in the hallway to be able to open the door!This happened twice! I called Steve immediately Fri eve when the 1st incident happened. Plus many texts. He said He was coming sat to put in a new knob set. He asked me for perm to enter if we were not there. I said yes. He was a no show. 5pm sat he texted that he couldnt get a hold of his handy man. We left 24 hours early so that should tell u how we did not enjoy this house.The doorknobs have old layers of green tape on them from previous incidents so his feigned surprise at this dangerous self locking door is interesting right?Why isnt there any maint done in this house?The bathtub needs re caulking.Cob webs in doorframes. Dirty bath mat in both bathrooms. We never used the shower in the 2nd bathroom.

We stayed for 4 days at this property with 5 adults and 2 toddlers. The cozy rancher fit our needs perfectly. There was more than enough space for all of us and the fenced in yard was great for the kids. This property is within walking distance to the lake, waterslides and adventure park. The owners are very attentive and checked in with us during our stay.

Great house more than enough room for the 5 of us. House spic and span, beds comfortable and great big back yard. Couldn’t ask for anything more

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! The house is very well maintained, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and family-friendly. What really stood out was how much the host cares about their guests. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had a great experience during our vacation. This place is ideal for families, and we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed a week with small kids, adult children and grandparents and a small dog. We loved the fenced back yard and proximity to beaches and docks. Perfect quiet street for after dinner bike rides in front of the house. The cabin is clean and cozy. Excellent firepit area. Kitchen has everything you need and the hosts are excellent communicators. Didn’t want the week to end.

We had a great time!! The location was perfect for us as we attended a family wedding, it was not a long stay but a good stay. Nice cozy place but everyone got their own room which was what we needed. Quiet neighbourhood although the lake was quiet this weekend as well. But great to get out for a walk at the lake. Thank you!!

Property a bit older but with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. Great and responsive hosts. Proximity to the beach was great and the huge back yard was well used!! Thanks for a great stay!!

We have stayed here for the last 2 years and will come back again. Very comfortable vacation spot. Good location as short bike ride or walk to all the venues and beaches.

Backyard good size and comfortable. Kitchen had everything that you would need. Walking distance to beach (lake water very clear but remember to bring water shoes), water slides, adventure park, wooded area with lots of trails, coffee shop and pizza place and quiet neighbour. Home was clean and had enough toilet paper for us women. Good communication with owners, Would stay there again,

Family get together with a 4 night stay for 9 of us in a roomy 4 bedroom rancher with a large backyard. Walkable to everything the Cultus Lake area offers, beaches, waterslides, food, ice cream etc.

This is our third time staying and it never disappoints. The cottage is so cozy and we love having the yard for the kids to play. It’s the perfect spot for our family vacation. Quick walk to the beach, quick walk to the waterslides.

Great location and the neighborhood is super friendly. The home was clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back!
