You will have a separate entrance on the side of the house that will take you down through the laundry area that is shared between the two spaces and enter through a door with keypad lock that will take you into your apartment. There is an open layout, giving a more spacious feel to the home. You`ll enjoy a living room area, queen sized bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette (incudes a compact refrigerator, electric skillet, hot pot with steamer, microwave, convection oven, and coffee maker), as well as shared use of the backyard and fire pit area!brbrPlease note we are currently waiting on a backordered part for the heating units, so the unit is currently being heated by two electric heaters. It`s not a problem getting the space warm enough with them, but I have added a temporary 10% discount to accommodate!brbrYou will have the studio apartment all to yourself.
