Stayed Aug 10, 2021Great house with plenty of room for large groups. We were able to have plenty of space to be together when we wanted and and do other individual activities.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025Terry was flexible with our arrival and met us there to walk through the house. The house was great for our large group of three families. There was plenty of common space and the kids enjoyed the pool table. Terry was responsive during our stay.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025We had the best stay at Rockbrook Manor. Terry was an awesome host, and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and really fun! It was the perfect place for us to call home base for our son's wedding at Pippin Hill. Highly recommend!!

Stayed May 15, 2025Great property and wonderful host! It slept 3 families easily, and had plenty of social space. Huge kitchen and great entertainment set-up, with back deck and yard. The street is quiet and a dead-end, so have to be careful about parking...but the driveways allow for 8 cars. The street needs some repair...but the property is amazing. Only 10-12 minutes from the UVA Grounds (campus), and plenty of grocery stores, etc nearby. Would stay here again, for sure.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025The house is absolutely stunning! It looks decently sized from the outside but once you are inside it is deceptively large. It was clean, comfortable and the perfect amount of space for a large group. Would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 7, 2024We had a group of 10 friends stay here for a reunion, and it was a perfect house! It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a large communal space to spend time together. Easy driving access to downtown Cville and UVA.
