property fairly new and accommodations were nice. Beds were very nice. Felt like we had most of what we needed, but local family did bring additional things (pots, folding table, etc) with them. Living room and seating a little limited for the number of guests the house indicates they accommodate - but we made due with kitchen chairs, portables. Host was great and very responsive. My family had a great time and pleased with the house and location with reasonable access to to downtown.

We were a wedding group and stayed for four days; what a wonderful property. Plenty of space and beautiful fall views from the deck. Everything was very clean and organized, very easy checkin/check out, we would highly recommend!

This house was exactly what we were looking for during our stay in Charlottesville for our son's wedding. The house had plenty of space for family and groomsmen. It was extremely clean and everything was in place. Reggie/owner checked in on us many times to make sure we had everything we needed. He was a wonderful host! I highly recommend this house for it's ammenities and proximity to everything in Charlottesville. 10/10!!!

We had a group of 8 family members for UVA grad. The house was perfect for our needs - plenty of space to spread out and also to gather and celebrate. The house was spotless clean - like my standard of clean is very high and I was impressed. The beds were super comfortable. We had several cars and could get them all in the garage/driveway. It is a short 5-10 minute drive to UVA - a 5min drive to Downtown mall - could maybe walk but we didn't with grandparents. The Wegmans is close and the wineries are convenient as well. We had a lovely weekend and very thankful for Reggie as a host who was very available and helpful.

We rented this house for my son and his groomsmen and it was perfect.it has everything you can possibly need or want We had many family members come and visit for meals, the layout was great - loads of space and lots of seating Could not ask for a better location !!! We will definitely rent again

Stayed here for a work retreat. Perfect house for this purpose. Plenty of room for meetings and work. We were all together but each had our own rooms and bathrooms. The house is beautiful and spotless. The owner checked in on us and made us feel important.We will definitely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed a lovely stay over Thanksgiving weekend. The home was spacious, comfortable and clean. The fireplace was a welcome feature to come back to after a cold hike and a day of exploring the area. The home was conveniently located to shops and restaurants. We would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Charlottesville! The home was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for our large group of 12. The location was also excellent, just a short drive (or walk!) from downtown Charlottesville and walking distance to nearby parks and hiking trails. Reggie was so responsive - when we messaged requesting some extra sheets he rushed right over to bring us the supplies we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone!

Home was perfect for multiple families, with plenty of bedroom, bathrooms, and gathering space. Beds, pillows and linens were high end and very comfortable. Home feels brand new and is in pristine condition. House was well supplied and owner went out of his way to bring us coffee!!

We were in town to celebrate a 100th birthday. We had 7 adults and 5 children. The house was very clean. The host had left fresh flowers on the kitchen table and some local delicacies for us when we arrived. There were plenty of comfortable beds and bedrooms. The kids loved the ‘double decker’ beds. The downstairs had open space for the kids to play. The kitchen had ample counter space for food and drinks. The location was great for access to downtown and Wegmans. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful and has lots of bedrooms and a nice deck with seating. Host was proactive and timely with information regarding check-in and checkout and left a nice gift for us. House is beautiful -only thing to note is that there’s not a huge living space. We were a group of friends up for the weekend and would have liked a few comfy couches/oversized chairs for hanging in.

Large group of us were in Charlottesville for an event. House was perfect for 6 couples. Bedrooms were comfortable and common space had room for all of us. Close to downtown.
