The Farmhouse is located at Viking Nordic Center, up a rise on a quiet secondary road less than 5 minutes from the center of Londonderry. The house is surrounded by landscaped grounds including a big backyard beyond which there is a small pond. The house features a main floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and an L-shaped living area with a working fireplace and French doors opening onto a fieldstone patio and the backyard. On the second floor are 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms with queen beds have private full baths and a third full bath is off the upstairs hall.
