our family doesn't typically book a rental home when we travel, but we decided to try something different for a trip to Vermont and are so glad we did. Jim's property in Londonderry exceeded our expectations. from the start, communication was clear, prompt, and incredibly helpful. Jim made coordinating logistics easy and seamless, which gave us confidence heading into the weekend. The home itself was exactly what we were hoping for, comfortable , well appointed, and perfect for a cozy holiday ski trip. it's in a quiet neighborhood, offering both privacy and convenience, with skiing and markets, and essentials nearby. The property felt new, thoughtfully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxed, easy stay after long days on the mountain. Most importantly, Jim couldn't have been a more gracious host. We chose this home based on the strong reviews, and they proved well deserved. We have absolutely no regrets and would gladly stay again. Highly recommend ! Thanks, Jim !!!

We loved our time in this perfect VT ski home. The house was meticulously clean, well furnished, and nicely set up for our stay with 5 guests. The house feels nothing like a typical worn out rental and more like a vacation home someone built for their friends and family. Jim was a great host and communicator and we wouldnt hesitate to return. We enjoyed relatively short trips to both Okemo and Stratton on this trip, but saw that Bromley and Magic were even closer for other options. 5 stars for sure.

Very nice! It was clean chalet, the deck made for relaxing mornings and a great spot for grilling in the evening. Only thing missing was a tv in the living area on the first floor. Would definitely return.

Relaxing and peaceful stay!

This is our second time staying here. We enjoyed our stay so much last year we decided to come back. The chalet is beautiful and very clean. Looks exactly like the pictures. Jim is very kind and available if you have any questions. I would highly recommend staying here. Peaceful and relaxing. It is in a perfect location. Close to surrounding towns so there is always something to do. Located in a quiet neighborhood which gives it a remote feeling. Ski resorts are close by if going up for the winter. We come up during the fall and the foliage is beautiful. Would highly recommend!

Very quiet and relaxing

Beautiful, clean, perfect for family of 5. Great location mixing remoteness and charm in the mountains yet accessible to ski mountains. Owners were communicative and flexible. We are so grateful we found this spot and hope to return!

We had a terrific long weekend at the house for our golf trip. House is a good size for 5. Everything is clean and new. Owner is very responsive. Highly recommend this house. Outdoor space is fantastic
