There are 3 upstairs bedroom suites ( with attached bathroom) and all are very large. The first master has a queen bed, attached bath with whirlpool tub- incredible views west of Equinox- very inspiring. The second master, also with incredible views of Equinox, has a queen bed and a large attached bath. The third upstairs bedroom, with attached bath, has 2 extra long singles which can be put together to make a king. The first floor has a large family room, living room and den with a full bath. On the ground floor there is a rec. room which serves as the 4th bedroom or suite with a queen pullout sofa- and an attached bath. There are 4 TV's throughout the house with cable ( streaming) and Wi-Fi. There is a EV receptacle in the garage- NEMA 14-50 ( 220V, 40A).brThe house has an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, living and dining areas. We purchased this home in June 2017 and have put a lot of time and effort into making this a home away from home for anyone. Just 7 miles (11 minutes) from the Vermont Summer Festival. We are 15 minutes to Bromley resort an 25 minutes to Stratton. The property has an easy access paved driveway and plenty of parking for large vehicles. brbrThere are mountain views from the back and the front of Birch Valley!brThis home is 3 Minutes to the heart of Manchester and 5 Minutes to the heart of Dorset.brNo Pets allowed. Our family has allergies and can't chance any pets. If you're interested in booking this house please send us a request include the dates and times you'd be interested in, as well as a little about your family/ group. brbrThe open floor plan includes a large dining room, great room, loft and a grand kitchen. This space allows for large groups to congregate with viewing access to all three areas. It is a short distance to Bromley (7 miles), Stratton (19 miles), Magic Mountain (17 miles), Okemo (30 miles).brbrThe house has spacious 7-bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 18 people, 4 of which have their own full bathrooms (bedroom layout at the end).brA little bit about the property and the house. The house has plenty of space with all bedrooms fully stocked with fresh linens and towels. Bathrooms stocked with soap, toilet paper, and hair dryers. The main level has an open space layout. One side has a living room with huge windows and a gorgeous view of the mountains, a sitting area with cable tv, and a beautiful two-sided Fireplace (firewood provided). On the other side of the fireplace, we have a kitchen area with a kitchen island with four stools and a large dining table seating twelve. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, pantry items, utensils, paper towels, and so on. There are two more tables in the screened deck outside the kitchen area with beautiful views of the mountains for outside dining. The lower level has a second sitting area with large TV and a foosball table. brOutside on the lower level, we have a porch where you can enjoy the mountains' view or cocktails with your friends in the large Hot Tub.
