Packed with amenities, luxury, and close to everything, this property is guaranteed to relax, rejuvenate and entertain your entire group from the minute you arrive. This house has been a family home for over 20 years and is only available for rent during select dates/times of the year.brbrThe SpacebrbrThe home offers four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and plenty of space to stay very comfortably. Built with high quality materials, this house has amenities you didn’t realize you needed until you see them—with an abundance of childrens toys, games, books, sleds and tubes.brbrThe kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery and crockery for 12+, plastic cups for the children, Nespresso coffee machine, Ninja blender and stocked with everything you need to keep your crew well fed and happy. All you need to do is bring the food and Nespresso pods!brbrOn the bottom floor is the game room, a brand new foosball table, Restoration Hardware leather couch, double wall mounted TV's with connected play stations, DVD player with 40+ DVD's, children's board games, lego, arts and crafts. A twin bedded room, one with heat pad, built in wardrobe, draws, night-lamp is off the basement playroom. It has a separate bathroom with shower over bath and you walk out to the expansive back yard and open air hot tub perfect for a steam after a day of fun! Towels for hot tub and slippers are provided near the back door for your convenience.brbrThe main floor is accessed either via the front door or via the 2 car garage. After you park your car in the enclosed garage, you can hang sports equipment (skis, snow boards, snow shoes, fishing rods), near the door on the hooks. All other footwear, clothing, jackets can be removed and kept tidy and out of the way in the mudroom, which you enter as soon as you come in from the garage. 1 large and two smaller benches allow for all to sit down if required.brHere you also enter the open plan main floor that includes kitchen, informal high top dining with 4 chairs (extendable table), lounge room, walk in pantry, laundry room with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board. Off the kitchen is a more formal dining room with seating for 8, powder room and formal study with desk, monitor and bookshelf stocked with books for all ages. The large walk out deck is accessed from the informal lounge and has acrylic screening to ensure safety for any small visitors.brbrWall mounted Roku Tv's are located in the lounge room, master, twin bedded room and basement.brUpstairs is the Master Bedroom with brand new King Size bed and 5 pillows, Egyptian cotton sheets, hotel quality towels and bathmats. A large walk in wardrobe, private new bathroom with double sinks, shower and heated automatic toilet. This room has floor to ceiling length windows over the back garden and into the Mountains with a ceiling fan if needed. No rooms have window dressings or curtains of any kind as privacy is guaranteed and the house is bright and airy. There are effective, portable air-conditioning units in all bedrooms and the main floor as well as vertical tower fans.brAdjacent is the queen bedded guest room with built in closet, 6 drawers, side tables and lamps, marble charging station, 4 different types of pillows, goose down comforter, blankets and min 600 thread count sheets.brThis bedroom is beside the bunk bed room that sleeps 3 individually (with a pull out trundle under bottom bunk), relaxing arm chair for sitting or reading in, built in closet, chest of drawers as well as TV and Play station. Different bedding choices are available if your child particularly wants a CARS or Jurassic world theme +more. Waterproof mattress covers and protectors are either on the beds or available in the linen closet on the same floor. Both rooms have 3+ windows each for natural light and fresh air. The bunk bed room and queen room share a bathroom with shower over bath. A hairdryer is also provided in this bathroom and high end hotel amenities so no need to pack soap, shampoo or conditioner. Hand soaps are also provided in each bathroom.brbrThe entire house is tastefully and intimately decorated from high end stores, warm, comfortable, cosy, light filled and perfect for reconnecting with family and friends. Heated toilet seats are part of the units in the master bedroom and main floor bathrooms.brbrThe deck has has a table and seating for 6 looking over the expansive back yard. In summer, apples, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries are usually abundant. It has a direct view of Bromley Mountain where you can see the top of the quad chair and directly over the maintained expansive back yard and surrounding uninhabited 90 acres of forest land.brBaseboard heating and an enclosed wood fire place in the lounge room keep you toasty warm with individual NEST thermostats on all levels.brbrThe grounds man is more than willing to be of assistance if needed, the owners are available via phone and their goal is your complete satisfaction!
