Play golf at the 27-hole Stratton Mountain Golf Course (2-miles west). Have to take a call or hop on a meeting bright and early while the other half is sleeping; there`s yet another work station located just outside of these bedrooms for you! Take your call and then quickly crawl back into your fluffy blankets. brbrHeading all the way downstairs you`ll find a 2nd, gigantic, living space with another huge TV and tons of room to hang with friends. You`ll also have your final bedroom and bathroom. This bedroom has a queen bed and, of course, your private work station. brbrTo the backyard; and oh, what a yard it is!! You`ll exit through the sliding doors and get to the hot tub first. NO GLASS is allowed in the hot tub so bring your plastic glasses and relax, enjoy, and soothe those aching muscles after a day of fun in the sun, snow, and wilderness. Even better, the tub is COVERED! So, if the pesky VT weather is a bit less than desirable to sit outside, these owners have still got you covered!! (Pun intended. lol)brbrWalk a bit further into the yard to the amazing fire pit area; I can almost taste the s`mores! brPLEASE NOTE: This fire pit is seasonal but, the we will leave a shovel for you by the back door, in case you`re feeling up for some winter digging. brbrLastly, once you`ve spent all the time indoors that you can, head over to Stratton, Londonderry, Manchester, etc. for some great activities, food, drinks and entertainment. brbrIn addition to being under 5 min to the slopes this house is on the shuttle route! So, if you don`t feel like driving, just stand outside and flag down that bus and you`ll be whisked off to the adventure in no time. Just be sure to keep track of your time as the busses DO stop running by 5pm and it wouldn`t be a super fun walk home. brbrWINTER SHUTTLE:brThere`s a wonderful shuttle that runs on weekends and holidays. It runs a loop, continuously, from 8am - 4:30pm. It typically does pick ups from 8am - 12pm and drop offs from 1pm - 5pm. Hiking and snowmobile trails all nearby. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a quiet visit to Vermont. Linens not included. Bring your own sheets, towels, blankets. The fifth bedroom is in the basement. The basement also has a living room area with a TV and some futons and a full bathroom. In the winter the snow can be tough to drive in so may need 4 wheel drive or snow tires. Signal Hill Road is very steep so go up Snow Valley Road to Sylvan Ridge if it is snowing out.
