We had the opportunity to come back for a second straight year. We are a large group and the space is ideal and comfortable for our families. Easy drive to Stratton mountain. Owner is great to work with and booking process was really simple. Another year of great memories for our group.

Awesome trip for a big family. All rooms were heated enough for everyone to be comfortable. Very spacious that everyone can move around without bumping into one another. Big kitchen with almost everything you need. Grocery store in literally 3 mins away with everything you might need. Definitely a older house, but we loved it. Plenty firewood for winter time. Host provided everything we would need to not be a bother. I believe we got in on the first snow, so we were able to do a little snow sledding in the back :). We left two sleds for the next guests. Enjoy!

Had a wonderful Friendsgiving weekend at the Red Brick Retreat! The home was well thought out with assorted kitchen items, household supplies, games & even some instruments that really added a ton for our group. Rooms + beds were comfy & clean & there were plenty of bathrooms to go around. Massive dining area was able to accommodate our large meals & plenty of cozy common areas to lounge around & watch tv. Hot tub was a slam dunk, sauna was a bonus & there was plenty of area outside to roam on our snowy weekend. Host was responsive & helpful throughout! Recommend!

Just enjoyed our third week at Red Brick Retreat for what's become an annual writing retreat, and I can't say enough about this property. We love the huge common spaces with recliners and big wooden tables for writing, the wonderfully equipped kitchen, terrific hot tub, fire pit, and well equipped exercise room in the basement. Also ponds. With frogs. Perfect.

My family, my sisters family, and my parents for a total of 11 people ranging from teenagers to retired. What a wonderfully spacious place! Tons of room for everyone to not trip over each other and a fantastic kitchen to feed us all weekend! Great places for family game or movie night. We do recommend a visit.

We had a blast at Red Brick Retreat! We had a nice fire in the firepit out back, used the hot tub which was great on the cool evenings, made fresh coffee every morning in the gourmet kitchen, and took advantage of the two dining rooms and two living rooms with our large group. Dave was responsive, provided great recommendations, and was proactive in his communication. We stay at red brick every year, and we’ll keep coming back.

Our group had a great stay at the Red Brick Retreat. The home was large enough for our bigger group but allowed us to all connect while not feeling cramped. The classic Vermont home has unique elements including a great fireplace insert, sauna, and hot tub. The host was great, responsive, and made the entire process simple. We look forward to booking again in the future.

This was the most magical, cosy but lavish, fully stocked up, welcoming, easy and luscious retreat. Easy check-in and out, top communication, and full deposit paid back. A huge thank you. Highly recommend.

Our second visit to Red Brick Retreat with a group of women writers was just as perfect as the first. The list of things to love about this place is long - a huge living room with eight recliners, lots of tables and desks for writing, a great fitness room for morning yoga & workouts, lovely outdoor spaces including a hot tub, fire pit, and frog-filled pond, and a the best equipped rental house kitchen I've ever seen. We'll be back!

Our family booked a late summer weekend at the Red Brick Retreat. We needed some rest and rejuvenation before the busy school year, and this stay exceeded our expectations! First, the host was highly accessible and provided all kinds of useful information (including advice about local running routes). Check in was easy, and the host answered a few small questions instantly. And the Red Brick Retreat is a memorable place with everything a family needs - and then some! From charming centuries-old rooms to a well-stocked gourmet kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and places to hang out, this house has it all. We also enjoyed the hot tub and gym, then relaxed in the loungers to watch a family movie. Although it was tempting not to leave the house, the local area is full of delights (food, farms, shopping, lakes, hiking). We brought home wonderful memories and appreciate being well taken care of during our last summer hurrah. Many thanks to the owners for a lovely experience!

Amazing home, amazing hosts. Big open spaces, excellent amenities, hosts were responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience across the board. Can’t wait to plan our next trip with Red Brick!!
