When you enter the living room you will see that it was designed for comfort. You can sit back and relax while watching your favorite show on the 70-inch TV, all while relaxing in either the leather loveseat that has 2 recliners, or the leather sofa that has 2 recliners. You can also take in the cabin décor and enjoy the tree over the living room area that has wood animal carvings throughout. When it’s time to eat, enjoy the fully furnished kitchen that has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bar top seating for 6. There is a half bath located just off the open floor plan living room and kitchen. The main level bedroom features luxury handcrafted log furniture, king size bed, and a flat screen television. The on-suite master bathroom has a walk-in shower. Venture outside to the screened in back porch, great for your morning coffee, while sitting at the dinette enjoying the great views of the mountains. Rest assured our cabin and major components are newly built/installed and we will address any issues promptly during your stay. br★Do not run a/c and fireplace simultaneously, the unit will freeze over. br★Always ensure that the shower curtains are positioned low enough to be inside the shower/tub at all times. Water spilling onto the floor will leak through the ceiling or floor into the crawl space. This simple step can prevent very costly damage. It may sound silly but unfortunately this is a common issue.br★Our hot tub is cleaned and sanitized in between each guest. Guests may request a mid-stay hot tub cleaning for $65.br★Upon booking guest is required to acknowledge that All Wheel Drive (AWD / 4x4) could be required to reach the cabin in snow/ice (possible in Oct-May). We strongly suggest winter tires or chains if snow or ice is forecasted as they can significantly enhance traction and control and could be necessary on steep mountain roads. br- The cabin driveway is paved, flat, and can accommodate 6 vehicles (double parked).br- Roads are well-maintained and easy to navigate.br★No changes/refunds due to illness going/fear of heights/mountain road conditions/inclement weather/natural disasters/power or internet outages/acts of God/events going beyond host's control. Guests are required to report any issues with cleanliness, items in need of repair, or disruptions to their stay or comfort during their stay to provide the host time to correct the issue. (Sometimes it's nice to turn off the jets in the hot tub just to listen to the surrounding forest. The hooting owls are the coolest!) We provide mood lighting on both decks, and there are also colorful LED lights inside the hot tub. There are also two rocking chairs on this deck, and a small log table. Check out the national park website for locations of all the waterfalls in the GSMNP (some you can even drive to if you don't want to hike).
