Pearly Gates is a beautiful log cabin for couples looking for a memorable getaway with the most phenomenal views of the Smoky Mountains! Setting atop Wolverton Mountain, this is the place for relaxing in the beautiful hot tub on one of two private outside decks overlooking the most majestic mountain view you will likely ever see, especially when the sun sets! Community pool and pond are 8 min away. 10 mi to Pigeon Forge, 15 mile beautiful drive to Gatlinburg, 5 mi from Park!

If you have any family or friends who want to book nearby (2 doors down, please click our profile and find 50 Mile View cabin for 12 people!).

Our community amenities are located just 8 minutes away driving. There's an outdoor pool with kiddie pool (seasonally open May Memorial Day to September Labor Day 10AM-6PM, weather permitting), fishing pond.

The cabin is semi-secluded and sets on over an acre. Best of all, there are NO power lines or other cabins to obstruct your views!!!

There is an electric fireplace in the bedroom as well, and a mini-fridge/freezer, a beautiful new wet bar in the bedroom. Both TVs, upstairs and down, are modern, 43 and 50 flat screen HD smart TVs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, and utensils, as well as a Keurig coffee maker and new blender! There island in the kitchen! There is a fire pit outside for those romantic nights by the fire, under the stars! Make your reservations now to experience the newness of our beautiful, well-maintained log cabin in the Smokies! Send me a message with any questions you may have!

As soon as you walk into the cabin, your breath will be taken away by the magnificence of the mountain views through the huge windows in the living room, which lead to the private upper deck where you can read a book or snooze in the comfy hammock . . . or even have a romantic outdoor meal on the new bar-height, log-style pub table! We also built a new bar on the deck so you can choose where you want to sit and eat or have drinks. The sun sets on this fabulous view, too, so that's just another plus for a romantic evening outside!

The tall stacked stone fireplace sets the perfect tone for a romantic evening by the fire. It has an electric insert so that you can enjoy the romantic ambiance with the touch of a button.

The kitchen, of course, is fully-equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals or bake cookies! The glass-top stove and oven are full-size. You have a dishwasher to make cleanup a snap. Keep all your perishable groceries in the full-size refrigerator. We provide starter sets of toiletries and supplies. And don't worry . . . we also provide you with a cork screw to open that celebratory bottle of wine!

Between the kitchen and living area is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Head down the spiral stairway to the bedroom where you'll find a luxury king-size bed, a beautiful wet bar, and another fireplace! Keep your drinks close with the mini fridge/freezer downstairs, too! Lots of windows surround this room as well, so you won't miss a beat as the views of the Smokies are constantly changing almost every minute!

Walk out the glass door to the private lower deck, where you can soak in the gorgeous blue hot tub under the stars, especially after a strenuous day of hiking in the Smoky Mountain National Park! (Sometimes it's nice to turn off the jets in the hot tub just to listen to the surrounding forest. The hooting owls are the coolest!) We provide mood lighting on both decks, and there are also colorful LED lights inside the hot tub. There are also two rocking chairs on this deck, and a small log table. We are very particular about cleaning the hot tub between guests, so you do not have to worry about indulging in a soak!

A full-size washer and dryer are also on the lower level. Laundry soap provided as well!

When you're ready to venture out to see what the area has to offer, you'll be delighted to have so many unique options! The nearest entrance to the GSMNP (Great Smoky Mountain National Park) is only 5.5 miles away for just cruising through via car/bike. Explore the many hiking trails with various levels of difficulty. Check out the national park website for locations of all the waterfalls in the GSMNP (some you can even drive to if you don't want to hike). You can even go horseback riding in the Smokies!

You can shop at the famous Tanger Outlet Mall, as well as all the other shopping venues in Wears Valley, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg! You could literally shop till you drop! Don't forget the moonshine!

Other activities include skiing, fishing, white-water rafting, zip-lines, zorbs, Dollywood, Splash Country, mountain coasters, sky-lifts, and fine dining . . . just to name a few! Coupons for these activities are available almost everywhere in these areas, but we will leave some for you on the kitchen table.

That's quite a bit of adventure! But then you get to go back to the Pearly Gates and unwind and get a hot soak in . . . every day!

By the way, all roads to this cabin are paved, as well as the driveway, and the driveway is wide enough for a vehicle plus a trailer or motorcycle.

Pearly gates is a cute and cozy cabin experience for a couple or a set of friends (2 people). The kitchen has all the necessary tools to complete your tasks. There are 2 floors and both can technically sleep 2. The wooden spiral stair case is beautiful and fits the cute cozy cabin asthetic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was ready for us. Warm and ready! And the view is worth it, I promise--lol. The host gives you ALL the information you need. Literally tells you tips and tricks to make your stay the best it can be. I could not find the guest handbook in which to complete our responsibilities as guests. But the host was avalible via text to give the needed information. Only complaint, and it is not the host's fault, the fog is so thick sometimes and roads so windy that the drive feels like a ride on soace mountain but you're driving the car. So be mindful of the time and tempature of the day you want to drive places. Loved our stay,

The view from this cabin is spectacular! And this was one of the cleanest homes we have ever rented. The kitchen is stocked super well, and the bed was comfortable. I didn't realize it was in a neighborhood, but it wasn't really a problem, just able to hear lots of neighbors all night. We did have a momma bear and her three cubs visit and that was awesome. I definitely recommend this cabin.

The pictures of the cabin did not do this fabulous cabin justice! The views were absolutely breathtaking! We give it 10 across the board. The property manger thought of every little thing to make us feel at home. The instructions were clear and detailed to make our visit great! The only disappointing thing was we never saw a bear! ? Highly recommend!! We are looking forward to another visit!

The Pearly Gates had an amazing view of the mountains. The cabin was absolutely wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. The pictures online do not even come close to how overall beautiful and inviting this place is. We were not even slightly disappointed with anything about it. We were only about a 25 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Close enough if we needed to run into town for something but honestly, once we got to the cabin we didn't want to leave. There are nice little touches around the cabin to give it a nice homey feeling,. We were extremely impressed by the cabins' host. They were very quick to reply if we had a question regarding anything. They genuinely care about their guests and want to make sure everything is perfect for their stay. This is by far one of the best places we have ever stayed at.
