We had an absolutely great time in this cabin, endless entertainment, beautiful views and super cozy! Loved every second of the time spent here. (The Wells Family 01/24) brbrAs soon as you pull into the driveway of your cabin you will be awed by the view. Continue down to the deck and you may have a hard time looking away from it to check out the inside. Use your passcode provided on the keypad and walk into the main level, which is an open concept kitchen and living area. You will find the kitchen is fully stocked with most every large and small appliance you would find in your own home, along with a large variety of cooking and serving utensils. Make a cup of coffee to enjoy on 720 square feet of covered deck every morning, or use the blender for your favorite mixed drink at night (or in the middle of the day, who are we to judge). Enjoy Dollywood's seasonal fireworks and drone show from the comfort of the porch. Fill your cooler with help from the frigirator's ice machine before a long hike or picnic. Or head back outside for a BBQ on the park style charcoal grill (BYO charcoal). With a large kitchen table, large farm style table on the deck, and a picnic table, there are plenty of options for where to eat.brbrEnjoy the 70 television in the living area while relaxing on the sofa next to the fireplace after a day of adventure. Each television in your cabin has cable streaming, or use the Roku device to log into your own services to feel even more at home.brbrContinue walking down the hallway of the main level and find a private bedroom with a king size bed and a 43 television. Walk down to the fire pit area where the firewood is already cut, stored, and waiting for you to use!brbrOpening the door to the upstairs loft bedroom makes the decision of where to sleep more difficult. With another king sized bed and 43 television it also adds a loveseat and arcade game table into the equation. Pleasebr keep doors to the cabin closed when possible to prevent them from wanting to enjoy the br experience with you. Remember to always keep your vehicle locked, as our resident bears are br smart and always looking for a quick meal. They have been known to attempt vehicle break-ins.br-Speaking of bears, please never attempt to approach or feed any bears you may encounter. Theybr are beautiful and amazing animals to observe from a distance, but can be extremely br unpredictable, especially if they feel threatened. Cameras are not monitored 24hrs abr day.br-We will not provide refunds for events outside or our control, such as weather, power outages, or br natural disasters. If concerned about these types of occurrences, we recommend purchasing br travel insurance. br-There are windy roads that climb in elevation to get to the cabin. They are paved and should not br be any issue during most times. In the winter when snow or ice is present, 4WD and/or tire chains br are recommended. The views along the way and at the very top are worth the drive! br⮕ Black bear sightings in our neighborhood and street daily. Lock vehicle doors and windows, cabin door and windows at all times. Bag trash and dispose of it only in the bear proof trash bins available near the cabin. Supervise small children at all times. br⮕ : For your safety and ours, there are 3 security cameras on the property, to the right of the front door and 2 over the top and bottom decks double doors, with no view of the hot tub, for your privacy.br⮕ : The minimum age requirement for the primary renter is 25 and must be present during the entire stay. The cabin sits on a 3.5 acre lot, so there are no cabins directly beside or below. brbrThe cabin is over 3,600 square feet, so you have plenty of space to spread out. The main level features a large family/dining area with 2-story ceilings and 180-degree views of the mountains and valley. There is a natural stone gas fireplace in the main living area. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and features brand new Kitchen Aid stainless appliances (with a double oven), granite countertops, and plenty of cabinet space to store your groceries. The Master suite features a his/hers closet and attached bath with garden tub, shower and double vanity.brbrJust outside the main living area you can step down off the deck onto a custom stone patio and propane fire pit. There is seating for eight, and the hot tub is adjacent to the patio. This feature was custom built in Sept. 2023. The fire pit provides heat and cozy ambiance, but is not for cooking s'mores or food of any kind.
