Children/babies, no matter the age, count as a person. Going over occupancy risks the FD EVICTING you and running out of hot water. Cabin has 100 gallon electric water heater. NO refunds will be given for being EVICTED by FD or PD. Only PARKING for 3 vehicles. Others will be towed by HOA. brbr 2. Do you allow pets – No. Under NO circumstances do we allow pets or any animals. We strive to be a safe place for those families seeking an ALLERGEN FREE rental due to health reasons. Make sure to message for Peanut allergies. The cabin is also equipped with an UV air purifier system that uses ultraviolet germicidal UV light that destroys living airborne pathogens such as viruses and bacteria. If you are found sneaking in ANY animal you will be EVICTED with NO refund since you are jeopardizing future guests health. This is due to anaphylactic responses with my youngest child. Also the credit card used to reserve will be charged $750, which is my cost to have a deep clean of the cabin and carpets cleaned. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made!! brbr 3. What time is check-in and check-out – You may check in any time after 4pm and must checkout prior to 10am on the day of your departure. brbr 4. The back deck is very private with no other cabins being viewable from the deck. brbr 10. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay – YES! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay. We do have a Whole Home Water Softener and Carbon Filter. This will cause the water to feel silky smooth and not dry out your skin while you soak in the hot tub or take a shower. brbr 11. What Linens are included – We provide professionally laundered and sanitized linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths. A total of 10 bath towels are provided. What type of internet to you provide – We offer Comcast/Xfinity cable service with the highest internet package. There is a pet fee. brbrThis is a Pickleball Court behind Tanner Manor Lodge. brbrThere is a gazebo and outside chapel on the property also with beautiful views of the mountains. We have Wedding Packages if you are interested in getting married there. There are 8 cabins on the 12 acres, but only 4 on the street that your cabin is on. While you have your own bench swing outside of Gnome Sweet Gnome, there is also a bench swing across from the cabin with a beautiful view of Pigeon Forge and the Tennessee & North Carolina mountains, a charcoal grill and picnic tables. On the property, behind Tanner Manor Lodge (cabin #1231) there is a trail that leads to a community Firepit, The Ashes, (bring your own wood) and there's a hose there to put it out after using it. There's another Firepit, Old Smokey, across from the gazebo. Please turn off lights at both when leaving.brThere is an EV charger at one of our cabins, The Vieux, that is a short walk away. Be sure to bring your adapters if you have a Tesla, the connector is the J1772. Just let Kathryn know if you are going to need to use it while you are there so she can arrange it with the other guests. brWasher/Dryer on the property behind Tanner Manor Lodge.
