Luxury Spacious Riverfront Condo in Perfect Location near Tanger Outlets

Everything was great. Extremely clean and well maintained. Host promptly answered all questions.

The actual unit we stayed in was clean and suited our needs for the two days we were staying. This property is no frills no fuss as far as accommodations as it is very basic. If you are wanting a location close to the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area this would not be for you. It is on the outskirts which is what I was looking for. The only complaint I had was the elevator only worked half the time and we were on the fifth floor. My elderly mother who lives in the area was limited to her coming and going as well as my husband who has MS.

The condo was right in the middle of all the entertainment only a short drive away. Walkable is a Regal movie theater, a zoo, Books a million store and Buffalo WW all in walking distance. 3 bedrooms were very nice plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Great little view of a creek outside the window. Only thing I will need warning is it's on the 5 th floor so if climbing starts are a problem take note. We had no issues with the stairs. Would rent again. Thanks from this family.

We have stayed a this condo several year in 2 and 3 bedroom units for girls’ shopping trips. The condos are perfect. The host is always awesome and easy to reach. Will be coming back next year!

Condo exactly as pictured, comfy beds with plenty of linens, plentiful soft towels and super convenient location for our event at the Sevierville Convention Center!

We have stayed in this condo high rise several times in two different units and this visit was just as great. Centrally located, but off the main parkway with amazing views from the balcony and a pool for cooling off in! We always feel safe here and appreciate the spaciousness of the 3 bedroom unit.

We stayed at the property for two nights while on a family road trip. Property is a short drive to many attractions. It was clean and was nicely furnished.

We spent a long weekend to experience Winterfest with our adult children and our granddaughter. The condo is well furnished and I was surprised that we didn't have to go y. The andplenttoweproperty is in a very convenient location.

Everything about this property was exceptional! The location is central to everything from dining to shopping, but nestled quietly away from the main thoroughfare. Each room was immaculate and comfortable and this was the first property that had plush, comfortable towels that were not white! I will definitely be back during the spring/summer months for another visit!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Our communication with the owner was great and check-in was easy. We had easy access to The Tanger Outlets and Dollywood. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!
