Stayed Feb 7, 2020Great house. Cozy. Snowed while we were there and the entrance ramps were impassable. No directions on how to use the interior fireplace. Easy drive to location.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025This cabin was just what we needed for 5 11-year olds and 2 adults! My son turned 11 and we invited 4 of his friends to stay at the cabin and go to Soaky Mountain! When I tell you the cabin felt like home, it is the truest statement! Clint and Diane are the kindest owners and made sure the cabin was well stocked and had everything we needed. The boys loved the space and we had our own room to hang out in. The location was excellent and just minutes from our destination and a multitude of restaurants and other entertainment. We definitely would stay again and appreciate the owners for opening their beautiful cabin to us. Checkout was a breeze and I never had to contact the owners for anything. THANK YOU SO MUCH for providing this great space for my family and friends!!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Our stay at Out on a Limb was wonderful! The property was on a quiet street and we were “out in a limb” for sure. The view was a little different than I expected but ended up being so beautiful! Quick ride to the pool (could walk but littles didn’t want to). The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay!

Stayed Dec 23, 2024I loved this property! When I made it to the location the owners were very responsive and made my check in process easy . The house isn’t that big but it’s spacious enough for a group of 8 . I didn’t get to use the hot tub and hopefully I would the next time I book with them !

Stayed Nov 22, 2024We were in town for a football tournament, two families with kids. The cabin was perfect!! The loft with game room was perfect for the kids, and gave the adults some peace. Comfy and cozy with everything we needed to feel at home. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Stayed May 10, 2024House was very cute and clean and in a great location for what we needed. Mattresses could stand to be replaced not that comfortable. Communication with owners was ok. Not sure if it was a technical issue with VRBO but had to call and leave message in order to get a response. But overall a good stay!
