Our trip was amazing and the house was even better!! Best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in and we have stayed in some nice properties. Rent this place…you won’t regret it!!

Our family enjoyed a long weekend here! The kids couldn’t be drug away from the game room, the cool bunk beds & the pool! You can’t beat the proximity to all the amenities as well. The host was super responsive when messaged & we hope to come back again soon!

This was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed! So many things to enjoy, you never have to leave the cabin! Clean, new, plenty of space, and has everything, very nice! Owner is great and stays in touch! Highly recommended!!

This place delivered on every front. Plenty of space for the whole group — the kids practically lived in the pool, and the adults had the hot tub all to themselves. Exactly the kind of setup that makes a trip actually feel like a vacation.Check-in and check-out were seamless, the location was great, and the host was responsive throughout. The house was exactly as advertised — no surprises, no stress.One thing worth knowing: there’s active construction directly behind the property, and trucks start arriving around 7:30 AM. Didn’t ruin anything for us, but light sleepers or anyone hoping to sleep in should keep that in mind.We’d book this again without hesitation. Highly recommend for families looking for a laid-back, comfortable stay.

If you are looking to get away to Pigeon Forge for a place that is perfect for your family and your kids, this is the place. We were in town for a baseball tournament at the Cal Ripken Experience and our four 12u kids wanted to stay at the house more than they wanted to play baseball. It seemed we were only 10 minutes from everything in Pigeon Forge and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The owner was exceptional when I had questions, and the value for the price was incredible. Needless to say, the kids are asking to stay at this house again, but this time maybe without the baseball!

We had a party of 6, and EVERYONE loved this beautiful place! The teenagers were walking around taking pics to put on their Instagram and other pages. The owners of this place have been very thoughtful and thorough in their decorations/amenities like the baskets of blankets in a couple of rooms, the fully stocked kitchen appliances, the coffee pots in the dining area and master bedroom with the flavored coffees, sugar & creamers....things that they weren't required to do, but these things made this trip extra special for us! We didn't need the highchair and the little protective gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, but I appreciated the fact that they were there for small children. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were conveniently located throughout the house. The teenagers loved the bunkbed/ theatre/game room and spent most of their time there. The hot tub was wonderful and perfect! We used it more than we did the pool, which surprised me. I can honestly say that the only thing that i didn't like is that it wasn't mine and I couldn't live there 24/7. This house is so conveniently located! We were there for 5 nights and went to many places (Dollywood twice, the Stampede, the Comedy Barn, horseback riding, the Island twice, mountain coasters twice, zip lining, the Sky place in Gatlinburg, Hatfield & McCoy feud place) but we used less than half a tank of gas in my big SUV! I would LOVE to stay there again! I highly recommend this amazing place!

Awesome place

This cabin was absolutely amazing. The pool was so much fun for the kids and adults, the hot tub was relaxing, the egg chairs on the balcony were super comfy too! The game room was also fun for all! The main floor is spacious and cozy, kitchen is equipped with everything. Rooms are homey, sheets are soft. Another plus, the cabin is 5 min from a Kroger and all sorts of food places and the Island is 8 min away. We will definitely be staying here again!

Communication with the property manager was amazing. Overall the house had everything we needed and we would recommend to anyone with kiddos.

House was clean, well stocked and had plenty of entertainment for adults and children. Conveniently located to attractions and grocery. Can’t wait to come back!

We had the best time at H2Oasis! We came for the weekend to celebrate our son’s 4th birthday and this house was absolutely PERFECT for our party of 9 (5 being kids). The pool and hot tub were amazing, the games were awesome, and our kids couldn’t get enough of the laser tag. Damian was very responsive and helpful, even sending me links for the sheets they use because they’re so buttery soft. We will absolutely be coming back to this property!

Great location and cabin!

The house was just as the pictures showed. The family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Had enough room to accommodate the 11 people that went on the trip to the home. All together we had a very nice time at the property. I wish I could give 5 stars but there were numerous things that caused a little frustration. The washer would trip the breaker whenever we did a normal cycle of wash, only one burner on the grill , the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work even after speaking with the owner on a way to have it work. The ice cube trays were cracked and broken when we arrived. Damien was very quick to respond when I contacted him and tried to help the best way that he could with not being there. The family really enjoyed the game room especially the teenagers. It was located perfectly for everything we wanted to such as The Island and Dollywood. Other than the few problems we had with appliances and such we truely enjoyed staying at this property.

Such a fun house & great location! We all had a great time! The kids really enjoyed themselves in the pool & game room. The host was quick to respond and address any concerns we had. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great stay, the kids weren't bored for a second. The whole family enjoyed themselves, my wife and myself had a nice relaxing time out on the balcony rocking in the chairs.

This property is top notch! We had an amazing time and enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer. The pool is great to have and the kids and adults spent a lot of time in the game room! We cooked several meals and had everything we needed. Beds are comfy and the space is very clean!

We were traveling with 3 adults and 5 kids. They absolutely loved the game room. There's not much storage for clothing in the main level bedroom, but there's a closet in one room upstairs and a dresser in the other, and storage under the bunk beds in the lower level. Host was extremely responsive to issues and questions. The kids want to come back next summer.

Well cared for and much thought put into amenities.

Everything from the booking process to the check out was a breeze. Property Owner was in contact with us on multiple occasions and was always responsive with his reply. Before depature for our trip, I inquired about if the property had baby gates on the stairs cause I couldn’t tell from the pictures. At that point the property did not, but the owner had them installed before we arrived! As for the property, it’s completely as described, the arcade and pool/hot tub was a big hit with the family! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It wasn’t an ordinary plain jane rental!

Damian was very helpful and responsive to questions. Perfect location! Nothing we did with exception to National Park, was more than 8 minutes away. We actually joked that if it was more we didn't think we could go lol. Beautiful mountain views, quiet, and very modern. We had 11 of us ranging in age from 2 to 68 and we all found it perfect. Would definitely stay again without question or hesitation.

The cabin was a great place for our family and our friend’s family. The cabin was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The kids had endless fun with the games, the pool and the hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked which made it easy for us to cook our meals. The beds were very comfortable and it was so nice to have so many bathrooms. We also loved how close the cabin was to everything. The owner Damian responded quickly whenever I had a question. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

We had the best time here! The house is well appointed with games for kids, coffee stations for adults, pool towels, goggles and toys, charging stations at each nightstand, etc! Every amenity you can think of! Even had a high chair and baby bibs, cups, plates, etc! Bed was super comfy with extra soft sheets! Kids said bunk beds were most comfortable they’ve ever stayed in. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in this home with kids ranging 7-16. They had a blast with all the fun things to do on the bottom floor. Laser tag, ps5 and the pool were endless fun for them. Location of this home is perfect. Literally minutes from most of the things we wanted to do. Property manager inquired about our stay after the first night and asked if there was anything at all we needed. Minutes away from grocery stores. I have all glowing things to say, would highly recommend this house. If we ever go back to pigeon forge I’d stay at this house again.

We had a great time!

The house was amazing and the kids and adults enjoyed it. Beds were all comfortable. Kitchen was fully supplied with everything you need for cooking. Outside of the property was great, safe convienent location.

This was our 5th time coming to the Pigeon Forge area. We always get a cabin with fun features, like an indoor pool, arcade area, etc. This cabin has definitely made the top of our list. Super easy to find, close to everything, impeccably clean and organized, and a really coo basement that m, ,

This property was incredible for our family and friends during our recent visit to Pigeon Forge. My 11 year old and his friend were obsessed with the game room. The property is beautifully furnished and the hosts have thought of everything to make this a memorable and effortless family experience. I loved the furnishings so much that I hopped online and purchased some of the furnishings for my own personal home. The location is perfect and easy to get to all the local attractions. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cabin and decor with everything you could need. Host was responsive and checked in on us to ensure everything was good. My son loved the arcade, pool, and hot tub. Very clean. Excellent location in the middle of everything. Would stay here again!

We loved our stay in H2Oasis!! The property was beautifully decorated for the holiday and was super clean. The hotel style amenities enhanced our stay. Location was perfect, close to the Parkway and all the attractions. Our teens enjoyed the game areas and pool!! We all had fun watching the UK/UL rivalry basketball game in the theatre seating for the big screen!! Communication with the owners was very prompt and courteous. We would love to stay here again!!

Everything was excellent and just as described in the listing. It was perfect for our family with lots of fun and activities for the kids. We would definitely stay there again.

This cabin was perfect for our family of nine. The main living area is all open which made it very nice when we were all in their together. There were pleny of beds that were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and all the bathrooms had plenty of hand soap and toilet paper for our three night stay. The pool and hot tub were great for our whole family also. We will definitely stay here again!

H2oasis was spectacular. Kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub and games. Bedrooms were nice with all king beds and the bunk beds in the theater/game room were enjoyed by the younger ones. Overall an A+ rating from my entire family.

This was perfect for our family. Close to Dollywood, 3 king size bedrooms for adult comfort, and the children’s bunks was a hit. The theatre, pool, hot tub and arcade was exceptional!

As a group of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids) this space was perfect. Kids loved the game room and pool. There was plenty of space for everyone. Proximity to the attractions was also very important. Overall a great time!

Absolutely nothing i can say bad about this place. As close as you can get to the strip without being on the strip. Probably nicest cabin ive stayed in. Ive stayed in Probably a 100s over the years.
