Bug spray is recommended in warmer months.brbrBUGS INSIDE STUDIO brIn certain seasons, the climate does cause a lot of bugs. Please make sure all doors and windows are closed when not in use. We perform regular pest maintenance, including bed bug preventative measures, but there is no perfect solution to keep a mountain property completely bug-free. During ladybug season they love to return.brbrThe landfill, which is less than 1 mile away can produce a strong odor at times. This is a random occurrence that is dependent mainly on weather and winds. We are at the property often and it generally occurs Monday mornings and some mornings more so than evenings as well as after rains in the heat and humidity. More often than not it's not a huge issue but there are times it can be quite strong, on these days it affects most of Pigeon Forge including Dollywood and the strip. You will never have an issue inside the studios. It is extremely rare to have this occur at night or weekends.
