We had a wonderful family weekend getaway! The property was wonderful and had all the amenities we needed. Spacious, very clean, and close to Dollywood. The golf course views were an extra perk also! The host was exceptionally prompt in responding to messages. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in Pigeon Forge! The unit was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for our family getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable after a day of sightseeing. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with the lovely view. The location was fantastic — close to all the attractions, restaurants, and shopping, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Communication with the host was excellent; they were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in Pigeon Forge!

This was our second time renting this condo and it was as wonderful as our first. The condo is always clean/fresh. The views are stunning. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfy. The pool/lazy river are fun; the provided beach towels are a great touch. Brad, the owner, is easy to work with (I booked the wrong dates originally and he let me change them no questions/issues). We love this place and plan to make it our annual stopping point.

The entire process was easy and seamless. Brad was fantastic to work with and provided everything we needed. The condo was perfect for my family (2 adults, 2 kids (6, 4), and 2 grand parents) It's a fantastic location for everything in Pigeon Forge. We did Pink Jeep, Dolly Stampede, Dollywood, and The Island, and all were 3-10 minutes away. The amenities at the resort were great as well, our kids loved the Lazy River.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean with lots of room for our family. The grandchildren loved the jumpy pillow, lazy river, and the indoor pool. Communication with the owner was easy and responses were rapid.

Everything was just like the pictures listed. Convenient location,to just about everything, especially Dollywood. Clean, well taken care of. We loved the lazy river.

Pros: The location of the condo is fantastic! We were close to all the shopping, food, and entertainment. The condo was plenty big enough for all six of us! This condo was directly by the lazy river, playground, and indoor pool, and the River. From the front porch breezeway area you could see a Mountain View and a few sunsets were captured. We did have a minor issue, but the property manager was quick to resolve it. The maintenance guy arrived around 10 o clock that night to fix the issue. He was a really nice guy. Cons: Upon arrival, we found some peanut butter candy wrappers laying around here and there. Most likely just an oversight by the cleaning crew. Our son is deathly allergic to peanuts so we quickly wiped every surface down just to be safe. That is not the condos owners fault and truly just a minor thing that we handled. However, all of the beds need an update. They were so firm that it felt like someone had flipped the mattress over and we were on the side that should be facing down. My daughter and her friend complained about the same thing and that they felt the springs. None of us got a good nights rest for a whole week. Please consider purchasing a a super fluffy mattress cover. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be repeat customers! We would recommend staying here.
