However, if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, this can attract critters or bears.brbr-The hot tub water is drained and refilled after every guest. It takes a while for the water to heat up to desired temperatures and may not yet be at the proper temperature at check in.brbr- We ask that guests tell hosts about any maintenance or other issues with the cabin during their stay.brbr- Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for storms, natural disasters, or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and no heat. This is rare, but if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and nonperishable food, etc.brbr-There is an external camera in the front of the cabin facing the driveway for your protection and security. If you unplug, touch, or tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. brbr-Please refrain from sending packages to the cabin during your stay, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered items. The deck on the lower level has an outdoor hot tub, while the main level has a wrap-around deck complete with porch swing. The third one is located on the upper level and is a charming spot for watching the flickering night lights of distant cabins. brbrThe master bedroom is located on the main level and has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bath with a separate jacuzzi tub. You will find two extra bedrooms with separate bathrooms in the other two levels, as well as a loft space on the upper level that works like a fourth bedroom. Should you need to fit more guests, there is also a sofa bed in the lower level. brbrThe house is full of amenities you are free to enjoy. You can relax by the cozy gas fire during the winter or take in the view from one of the decks on a summer night.
