The property was off the beaten path away from the crowds but just minutes away from everything also.

I think we might have cleaned more than what was expected, but we wanted to make sure there weren't any unexpected charges. It would have been nice to know exactly what was required of us.

Clean, quiet, and just right for a weekend getaway.

Overall the accommodations were just right for my spouse and I. It was close to all of the outings and restaurants that we visited. The room was perfect for just us two. Upon arrival the floors were dirty with dog food as we stepped on pieces of dog food as we walked in to place our bags down, so I ended up sweeping the remains of dog food up that was scattered on the floor.

Nice, clean room in a quiet location, with a reasonable price.

Nice quite stay

My husband and I came down for a long weekend and absolutely loved the place! Small and super quiet! The room was very nice and clean. The location is great. Right outside of all of the action!

Unit was very clean, good location and perfect for the 2 of us and our fur babies for a weekend trip. Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a quiet little place, kind of off the beaten path. As you can see, the room is small but, it had everything I needed (sink, fridge, stove and microwave). The bottom line is for the money it was hard to beat, considering I wasn't spending a lot of time there, just sleeping and showering. The bed was comfortable and the A/C kept the room nice and cool, although it did make a funny noise every now and then. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks.

We booked this for our stay coming for the Rod Run. We chose this location because it was a nice place to stay but also a great price and we didn’t need a ton of amenities as we planned a full schedule. After staying I agree it is a nice place to stay. Felt very safe and was easy to access and get to and from town. My only “complaint” would be the water pressure in the shower, which is not necessarily a huge deal.

The pictures on the site are very deceiving , it looks spacious, but it is extremely small, the step up to the bathroom is very dangerous at the best of times but can be deadly at night. The smell from the Waste Management place was all day, very day that we were there, and you had to leave for the day, it was a little better at night. the slant of the driveway makes it impossible to park a motorcycle, and we had to get permission to park our bike along the bottom, but it is a tow away zone, so the owner gave us permission to park their, at own on risk, we were not impressed with this at all, and she told us that we should have seen that in her photos, well the room should have been much bigger by those same photos,

Our first sight of the room was,”wow,omg”. Set back in such a serene setting, and the late afternoons and morning were wonderful in the wooded section across from the room. The only problem we had was… the dump! The sight driving on the road was kinda gross and the smell, well…. Other than that everything was perfect!

Had a fantastic time! This property is perfect for two people, it was clean and everything was in working order. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy. The location is incredible, only about 5 minutes from the Parkway. Lisa was an extremely friendly and communicative host. There were a few cats around the property, which personally added to our stay! Would highly recommend this property to any duos looking for a fun vacation.

Big enough for two people. Cozy! Kitchenette is adequate for basic meals. No amenities here. Soda machine was sold out. No ice. Road construction made for rough ride home each night. Stay cats run around at night. Ran out of toilet paper and had to buy some because it was questionable whether more could be provided - they did but we bought some. Location is off the main road but it's not too far away. Overall we had a good stay. It's clean, the bed is comfortable, and there is tv reception and wifi.

Cozy little room with everything you need. Location is great, literally 5 minutes from Pigeon Forge. The landfill odor mentioned by the owner…when we arrived Friday evening it was BAD, but the rest of our stay through Monday morning it was not noticeable…all about which way the wind is blowing. We didn’t do anything outside the room on the grounds, our days and evenings were spent in town and in the GSMNP, and the room was really so easy to get to, in and out of town. We would stay again. Thanks.

We were in town for the Ripken tournament. The room worked out perfectly for us. It was just me and my son.
