It is a safe spot to swim, fish, kayak and explore, but also close to a main channel for skiing and tubing with Whitman Hollow and Sequoyah Marina nearby. There are 2 spacious, comfortable balconies to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while watching nature, as the land across the cove is all natural and untouched. Down by the water, we have a unique piece of cleared, flat area to hang out with a fire pit or just relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the lake. There is also a laundry room on this floor with washer & dryer. Walk out to the lower deck and relax in the hot tub after a long day! A short set of stairs off the lower deck leads you to the firepit and corn hole area for more family fun and entertainment! Here you can access the golf cart/walking path that takes you to the private double decker dock. Or simply take the COMPLIMENTARY GOLF CART!brbrThe upper level of the 2-story double decker dock features a large round table with 8 chairs so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while right on the water. Oh, and did I mention the dock has a slide Super fun for kids (and adults) of all ages!! The dock has one covered slip and 2 other areas with cleats to tie up your watercraft. No watercraft No problem! There are several places on the lake that rent boats and/or jet skis. Brand new home as of 6/1/2018. 15 miles from I75. Windows everywhere. You will have 180+ degrees of water. Plenty of room for relaxing and taking in the views. The house is extremely close to the water, so it is a short walk down to the water. Kitchen is large with a huge island. There are two refrigerators for extra space, and main level laundry. Verizon is the only phone service that does work, but sketchy at times. Texting seems to work the best with Verizon and using the Messenger app. There is a single slip covered dock, with a swim platform and two jet ski ports. If you want to have easy access to the lake with a feeling of being away from everyone and other houses, this is the place. There are three marinas close, if you want to have a bit of fun:) (Shanghai, Whitman Hollow by boat or car, Seqouia by boat). If you are bringing a boat, Whitman Hollow is on the way to the house. It has a launch (no charge like other places), and a place to keep your trailer, no charge. There is a boat launch on our street 1/4 mile down the road, but it has a long backup on cement, and is a little steep. I would recommend checking it out. The ramp is by the white Cove Pointe Community sign. You will pass it on the way to the house. Whitman Hollow’s ramp is short and gradual. I use the closer ramp, it just depends on your comfort level.
