Brand New! Deerfield house with covered boat slip!

The main floor bedroom did not have a closet nor storage space for luggage or bags. We had to put things in the living room. Seemed very crowded.

We enjoyed our stay & view. The condo was decorated perfectly for a lake.

It was great, house was beautiful, will definitely come back again. Everything mentioned in the listing was accurate. We had three storms while we were there and one blew the porch sunscreen off and don’t think there was any damage to it, but we didn’t hang it back up due to other storms being forecasted. Thanks again Chris had a great time!

We had an excellent experience and the home was cozy and perfect for the 4 adults and 2 children. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Everything was perfect. House was so nice and had everything we needed. We sat on the deck every night and enjoyed the peace and quiet and loved watching the deer. Was so nice having the boat slip. Rented a boat from sugar hollow marina. They delivered it right to the boat slip and came back to pick it up when were done with it.

The property was beautiful! The hill to the Boat Slip is no joke though! Whew! Thank you for allowing early check in!

Very nice house, room for all. Had all kitchen needs. Could have used a few more towels and the shower door on main level would not stay closed. Owner was extremely helpful and very responsi e to massages Host

Brand new place built at Deerfield. Very nice community with lots of residents nearby. Parking was limited; we fit two vehicles easily, but the neighbors took the 3rd parking space. House had all the kitchen amenities needed, had two separate interior areas for watching movies or playing games and had three separate exterior areas for enjoying the morning coffees or evening cocktails. Bedrooms were spacious with a bathroom on each floor. We had 6 adults and were very comfortable. There was sleeping space for more than 6 adults, but i feel it might have been more crowded if we filled up all thr sleeping spaces. House had access to movies and other TV options plus other non-electronic games for when you are not enjoying the lake, when it's raining, or just waiting for dinner to cook. Dock was a little tight for our big boat. We have a 28ft open bow that is 8'6 wide which was a little squeeze getting in. Not a big deal but we had to switch to smaller bouys. Just small awareness, no real issue. One item to prepare for is the walk back up from the dock; it is not for the weak. The hosts talk about driving down and parking at the pool. I recommend this as your best option especially if you are not in the best cardiovascular shape or just don't want to sweat coming up the hill. Otherwise, it honestly is no different than the hike up 160 stairs to any other lake house we've stayed over the years. Overall, place was great; easy to get to; clean with lots of amenities!

The property was super clean and nice just like pictures show. Views was very nice along with the neighborhood. Rented a boat from sugar hollow and delivered to the dock slip included with unit. Was able to enjoy an amazing day with the family on this beautiful lake such clear water! Definitely be a repeat trip in the future!

Spacious, clean, great view

This property is very clean, has all of the essentials, easy access to the boat slip, plenty of room for 8 adults, and the best neighbor! We rented this for a bachelorette party and it was perfect. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again! Have to also mention the neighbor was so friendly and helpful and we loved her!
