Brand new home as of 6/1/2018. 15 miles from I75. Windows everywhere. You will have 180+ degrees of water. Plenty of room for relaxing and taking in the views. The house is extremely close to the water, so it is a short walk down to the water. Kitchen is large with a huge island. There are two refrigerators for extra space, and main level laundry. Verizon is the only phone service that does work, but sketchy at times. Texting seems to work the best with Verizon and using the Messenger app. T
