This House is perfect for large groups and big families!brbrWe like to call our home Top of the World. Why stay at the bottom when you can live the high life in Top of the World. If you want a fun and memorable stay in Knoxville look no further!brbrThis house is fun for every age group and includes so much to do:brbr A theater room with 110 screen, power recline theater seating, and a 7.1 Dolby Atmos sound system, and hundreds of movies to watch, all you have to do is add the popcorn :) br A spacious screened-in porch/deck area featuring A 7 person hot tub with built-in LED lights, a towel warmer, and Bluetooth sound system, also with a tv for making the jacuzzi time even more enjoyable and one of the firepits. br 2 outdoor gas firepits with plenty of seating to enjoy them, including a cafe style patio, fully lit to be able to enjoy it night and day and two lounges/sunning chairs, a gas grill, and granite countertops and seating for the entire family.br The front porch has a breathtaking view of the mountains and our own manmade 50' waterfall with plenty of seating to enjoy your coffee while you watch the sunrise, or just to chill and listen to the amazing sound of the waterfall.br Inside the jacuzzi area you will also find a pool table with the ability to open the doors and all be together in one conversation while playing pool or enjoying the hot tub.br Downstairs behind the theater room you will find a full arcade, all set to free play! Including 150 game multicade, pheonix, darts, and bubble hockey. Plus if you want a massage why not relax on your personal massage chair.brbrNow let's talk about the living space: Open, Open, Open floor plan. The large gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream kitchen, completely stocked and ready for use. It has a large island area, perfect for sitting and eating along with the chef and a 48 built-in professional Jenn-air fridge. It also includes a Kuerig K-Cup duo, coffee grinder and french press.brbrIn the living room area you will find a 70 tv, gas fireplace, plenty of seating, and a sleeper sofa with a queen-sized memory foam mattress. The living room, dining room, and kitchen almost roll into one big room which is amazing for larger groups to all be entertained together.brbrThe master bedroom has a nice sitting area for reading, a full-length mirror, and a super comfortable king-sized mattress. If you need to get away and wind down you have a private, quiet area to chill including your own 55 tv. The master bath has a jacuzzi soaking tub and separate shower. All bathrooms have a hair blowdryer included.brbrThere are 2 other bedrooms upstairs, 1 has a queen bed and a makeup station, the other is perfect for the kids. It has 5 twin bunk beds and plenty of space to play and have a good time. Both of these bedrooms also have 50 TVs. The kids room also has LED lights so you can set it as a night light if your kids so desire. There is a full bathroom and a half bath for these 2 rooms perfect to accommodate all our guests.brbrThere are 2 additional bedrooms downstairs. 1 of the 2 has an amazing sitting area and a king bed, plus LED lighting. The other one has a queen bed and both have 50 TVs. brbrDownstairs also has its own kitchenette, including a microwave, sink, Keurig k-cafe, and a fridge. It also has its own door to the outside and its own personal driveway for easy access.brbrThe property does have a steep driveway but has room to park up to 4 cars on top, also has room to turn your car around on the top next to the garage if you don't like backing down the driveway, please see pics for details. No Parking is allowed on the street per the HOA.brAll in all, we think you will love our house as much as we do!

Dine seated at the butcher block table with a lovely view of the property. The bedroom features a king size Tempurpedic bed and 100% cotton linens. The bathroom includes a bathtub/shower with wonderful water pressure, a spacious vanity and medicine cabinet, and is complete with 100% cotton linens.
