We will contact you directly for any disturbances, prior to reporting any nuisances to local authorities.br 6) Pets: We love our Pets! but they are not allowed in most units, ensuring a clean and allergen-free space for all guests.br a.If the property is labeled as “Pet-friendly”, pet’s are allowed at a charge, up to a capped limit. The Pet Fee will be requested after booking via the resolution center, and is paid separately from the reservation.br 7) Damage Policy: Any damage caused during your stay will incur repair costs plus a labor charge. A Wear & Tear fee will be applied for any rule violations related to pets, smoking, or parties.br 8) Checkout: Before checking out, please place trash in trash cans, start the dishwasher with used dishes, and begin a wash cycle for used towels.brSecurity: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when not present.br 9) Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to make a reservation.brbrFailure to comply with any of these policies may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. brbrCANCELLATIONSbr We adhere to the cancellation policy as outlined at the time of booking. We may remove occupants and their belongings from the property if unresponsive, or uncooperative.br 2) Excessive Cleaning will be charged per hour. We will provide proper documentation and photo evidence of excessive cleaning required. This will be applied towards unexpected cleanup of spills, stains, bodily fluids, biohazardous materials, odor remediation, etc.br 3) Damaged/Missing items will be charged at the replacement cost + Labor. We will provide proper documentation and photo evidence of any Damages or Missing Items.brbrREPORTING ISSUESbr Please report any issues within 2 hours of check-in to allow us the opportunity to resolve them promptly. We may not be able to resolve, or provide a resolution, to issues that are not reported in a timely manner, lack sufficient documentation, or do not provide us with enough time to respond effectively during your stay.
