Miss Daisy's Lodge, a spacious park model RV near the Great Smokey Mountains

Gatlinburg, Tennessee, United States

Miss Daisy’s Lodge is a 2021 Wildwood Grand Lodge 42FK Park Model RV. She is set up on Lot 199 located in the Outdoor Resorts of Gatlinburg (ORG) - just 10 miles from downtown Gatlinburg right off US-321, . As we own the lot she sits on, there are no additional resort/campground fees due by anyone renting her from us. brbrMiss Daisy’s Lodge will comfortably sleep a total of 10 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, while the living room has two sleeper sofas that each make into full size beds. The upstairs loft is a fantastic hideout for kids and will sleep 5 to 6 (Teddy Bear Mattresses). The living room also includes theater seating across from a 50” TV, fireplace & stereo system!brbrThe kitchen is fully stocked w/pots, pans, dishes, etc. It includes a full-size residential refrigerator w/ice maker, a full-size microwave, residential oven/ 3 burner stove, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster and a large pantry. The kitchen sink is a double deep sink for ease of cleanup after dinner at the Lodge. The kitchen table will sit 4 comfortably next to large windows with a view of the resort. The only thing you should need in the kitchen is food & drinks.brbrThe bathroom at the Lodge has a porcelain toilet and a large vanity w/sink. The full-size shower is nice after a long day of playing in the mountains. We have also stocked the bathroom with towels, washcloths, and toilet paper to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We offer sheets, blankets, pillows & pillowcases for the queen bed, both sleeper sofas, and the Teddy Bear mattresses. In addition to the queen bed in the master bedroom, we have a 32” TV & DVD player. The master also includes a large dresser, a closet for hanging clothes, and a nightstand next to the bed with both 110 outlets & USB outlets for charging phones & tablets. brbrThe outside of the Lodge hasn’t been forgotten either. A large electric awning provides much-needed summertime shade while listening to your outside speakers. We have outdoor seating for 10 people and a fire pit, so nights are truly enjoyable! The charcoal grill sits next to a table for those nights of grilling & eating outside. brbrYou can relax by one of two pools – an adults only pool or the family pool. If you like to fish, ORG also offers a stocked lake as well as two mountain streams that run through it. Additionally, the resort offers basketball courts, miniature golf, a children’s playground, game room, and picnic areas, as well as a coin-operated laundry onsite. ORG is conveniently located near most of the activities the Smoky Mountains have to offer. It is literally across the street from the Smoky Mountains National Park, less than a mile from Bent Creek Golf Course, 10 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, 15 miles from Pigeon Forge & I-40, 20 miles from Sevierville and 25 miles from Townsend & Newport.brbrMiss Daisy’s Lodge has long been a dream for my wife & me. Ever since I left the Navy in 1994 and moved to East Tennessee, we have dreamed of owning a cabin in the mountains. Raising three children may have put that dream on pause for a time, but we now find ourselves being able to share that dream with both our children & grandchildren. Miss Daisy’s Lodge may not be your typical cabin in the mountains, but we have gone out of our way to make it look & feel like a mountain cabin. Honestly in Outdoor Resorts of Gatlinburg with all the amenities, we feel she is better than any mountain cabin we could have bought. Please take a minute to look at all our pictures, both of our new “cabin” and of the resort as well. We think you will find it as appealing as we have!

Americana | Wooded Views + Pool Access & Private Hot Tub

Gatlinburg, Tennessee, United States

With its porch rockers and swing looking out across the treetops toward the Great Smoky Mountains, its wood-planked floors and walls, and its vaulted ceiling, Americana looks like a mountain cabin you might see in the movies. In fact, the 2-bedroom, dog-friendly house is even better: It includes an outdoor hot tub, a billiard table, and access to the resort pool area in the summer.brbrBecause Americana has 2 en-suite primary bedrooms, one on each floor, it can accommodate 2 couples vacationing together as comfortably as it can a family. Each bedroom has a king-size bed you’ll look forward to snuggling into at night (and might find difficult to tear yourself away from in the morning!), a flat-panel TV, plenty of storage, and its own bathroom. The main floor’s bathroom even includes a jetted tub—what a treat after a day on the hiking trails or the ski slopes!brbrYou can soak outdoors too, in the lower deck’s hot tub. As if the steamy bubbles weren’t relaxing enough, here you can enjoy them while watching eagles and falcons soar above the mountains as a fresh breeze whispers through the trees. Afterward, relax on the porch swing or one of the rockers with a cool drink as you listen to warblers and sparrows in the morning or whip-poor-wills and owls at night. You won’t find better entertainment anywhere else!brbrThe main floor’s great room includes a double-height wall of windows and French doors that open to the upper deck. Whether you’re lazing on the sofa with your tablet surfing the web or curled up in the recliner watching a movie on the flat-panel TV with Blu-ray player, you can glance out at the woodlands and the sky. The dining table, which seats 4, is perfectly positioned by the windows too!brbrAmericana’s kitchen is impressively well equipped with appliances, cookware, and tableware. Whether you want to create a Top Chef-worthy feast or simply brew a cup of coffee in the Keurig system, the kitchen has everything you need except food—and you can get that at the supermarket just down the road. If you have a hankering for barbecue, take advantage of the large gas grill on the deck.brbrAfter dinner, head downstairs to the game room, where you’ll find something to entertain everyone. In addition to the full-size pool table, there’s a large flat-screen TV, a Wii gaming system, and even board games—we’ve thought of everything!brbrIn the summer you also have the option of heading to the nearby pool area for a swim. Because Americana is part of Gatlinburg’s Black Bear Falls community, you’ll have free access to its heated adult and kids’ pools and spacious poolside patio. The kids will really love the sprinkler fountain!brbrAmericana’s location is as convenient as it is beautiful. Downtown Gatlinburg is just 5 minutes away; there you can visit an aquarium, play mini golf, and dig into a stack of hotcakes at Tennessee’s oldest pancake house, among other delights. Also nearby is the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, with its hiking trails, historic cabins, waterfalls, and wildlife. At Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park you can ski and snowboard in winter and ice-skate year-round; another year-round activity is exploring the Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts Loop, an 8-mile trail of more than 100 galleries, studios, and shops. Even Dollywood and the shows and outlet shopping of Pigeon Forge are only a half-hour away.brbrWhen you stay at Americana, your biggest dilemma may be deciding how you’re going to manage to do everything you want in the amount of time you have. You just might have to make a return visit! First, though, you have to book your initial stay. So what are you waiting for

In winter, the golden glow from the stone-surround fireplace will make the open-plan living spaces feel even more inviting if that’s possible.brbrThe plump-cushioned sofa is a cozy spot for nesting together as you watch a movie on the flat-panel 42-inch TV. In fact, you can pack lighter than usual, as A Walk in the Clouds has a washer and dryer.brbrGiven the serenity and seeming seclusion of the setting, you might think the cabin far from the area’s attractions and shops. Less than 10 minutes away is the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, with its hiking trails, historic cabins, waterfalls and wildlife ranging from black bears to elk. Cub’s Cove | Hot Tub + Pool Table! Near Downtown

Gatlinburg, Tennessee, United States

Cub’s Cove may look like your typical log cabin in the Great Smoky Mountains. But while it offers plenty of down-home charm and cozy comfort, this one-bedroom getaway also has more than its share of modern-day conveniences and luxuries.brbrFor instance, it’s a sure bet that the original mountain settlers didn’t have a spacious hot tub on their porch from which they could admire the Smokies! That’s right: You can start your day watching the sunrise amid the singing of the wrens and warblers as you soak among the mountain breeze. Or you can end your evening in the tub with that special someone as you gaze up among constellations you never noticed back home.brbrThere’s a jetted tub indoors as well, part of the primary suite.
