Stayed Apr 14, 2025this is a really neat spot with the best view ever!!! very nicely equipped and very well kept up. our new favorite spot we've stayed in Gatlinburg and we've been coming for many many years. would definitely recommend!!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean and presented nicely. It was also wonderful having an elevator for our wheelchair. They even had a history newspaper clipping of when it was first build. Only downfall is parking. We did damage both vehicles trying to park and leave the cabin. Other than that, we will definitely be back.

Three heating/AC units are challenging, but the place is very nice with a nice view. Parking is also a challenge with little clearance.

Reviewer Comments: Poppes Pinnacle was the best chalet we have stayed in when visiting the Smokies. The view is absolutely amazing. We spent more time at the chalet than other visits due to the views and comfort of the chalet. The chalet was very clean and had everything we needed. Both balconies were wonderful. The view from the top floor Jacuzzi tub was amazing. We have tried to book here before but the chalet was always booked. We definitely would prefer this as our number one choice when visiting Gatlinburg. Mountain Laurel Chalets always provides friendly, efficient, and excellent customer service.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed Poppes Pinnacle the views from every room were greatand watching the Tram go back and forth was great the house had everything you needed and plenty of room we enjoyed having our coffee on the main deck in the mornings a of course seeing the bear go down the street was great tooWe will definitely be back
