This place was very clean and quiet. I enjoyed the stay. The second bedroom could use a new mattress but that is the only thing I could possibly say that was not wonderful.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and the house had everything we could ask for. We hope to take another trip soon!

This is a very nice and tidy cabin. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It is perfect for a small family. However, they are building on both sides of this house.. We do not blame the owner for the construction. This is happening all around Gatlinburg after the wildfires. However, the houses are VERY close together. That being said there is no kind of privacy wall on either side of this cabin. So if you want to enjoy the hot tub, you will enjoy the view of the workers (for now) and your neighbors after that. It is also worth mentioning that the deck is not covered at all. The sun just beats down on you. There is a table outside but no umbrella. The hot tub is nice and works well. Also, don't expect much from the game room. There is one air hockey table (seems to be on it's last leg). That is it. Nothing else at all. Not a deck of cards, not a board game, absolutely nothing. That being said, my husband and I rent 2-3 cabins a year in Gatlinburg and this was the first one we stayed at that was really lacking in the game room department. Lastly, this cabin needs a full-length mirror somewhere! I mean a mom and a teenage daughter like to see how they look before going out on the town. Every time we got ready to go out we had to take a dining room chair into the bathroom to try to get a semi view of ourselves. It was such a pain in the butt. The cabin was still nice overall, but we just wish it would have been a little more for what we paid!

The furniture was comfortable, the bed as well. Everything that we needed was provided and functioned well. The hot tub was amazing! Lot's of rebuilding in the area, so there's quite a few contractors roaming about and can be a bit noisy. We never have a bad stay with Mountain Laurel Chalets. I highly recommend using them.

New developments coming in around it.. the view was awesome... I think this set-up was one of the safest for those that may be traveling alone, girls trips etc. The back deck off the kitchen is enclosed and no one can access it from the driveway or front door-which is where the grill and jacuzzi are placed; easier to enjoy it on late nights without fear of bears/people scrolling around the bend of a chalet. Had some problems with the electric gas grill but we finally got it going-may need to be replaced as it appears someone damaged it or its life is on its last burner.
