This three bedroom house lies on a large lot that overlooks the Roaring Fork Creek and has a view of the Gatlinburg Sky Lift. The house is 0.9 miles from the Aquarium, which puts you very close to downtown Gatlinburg and all it has to offer. You are also only 3.7 miles from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. If you don't want to walk downtown, then there is a trolley stop a short distance from the house. The house is also located just 4 miles from the Rocky Top Sports World. As an added bonus there are no curvy, hilly roads to worry about because this house is right off of HWY 321. brbrThis house was built 2018, boasting three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite, and 32 TV. It also has a patio door that leads out to the front porch so that you can sit and listen to the peaceful creek. On the other side of living room are two identical bedrooms with queen beds and 32 TVs. In between the two bedrooms is the second full bathroom. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open concept. The living room has a gas log fireplace, a 55 TV, and a Blu - Ray Player.
