Perfect for families who want extra space for in laws or teenagers to spread out! This home is in a great location, 3 blocks from the beach and only a half a mile from Harris Teeter, butcher shop, seafood market, and local restaurants. The IOP recreation center is a 10 minute walk with playground, tennis courts, and soccer/baseball fields. Sullivan's island is a 10 minute drive, and downtown Charleston is about 25 minutes away. You will have a hard time choosing what to do if you don't want to sit at the beach all day !brbrThe separate living spaces are great for families traveling together or for those bringing grandparents or older kids to the beach who would like extra space to spread out. The main kitchen is well equipped and stocked with nice cookware and amenities, and the apartment kitchen also has it's own full sized fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster oven. The back yard is private with outdoor dining table and bbq grill. There are several beach chairs and a rolling cooler in the carport you are welcome to use.
