Beach Club Villa-Oceanviews in Wild Dunes- community pool & screened porch!

Reviewer Comments: The location of this Villa is perfect as it is right on the beach and less than ten minutes into town to enjoy all the delicious food IOP has to offer. We loved having a pool steps away and walking right onto the beach to enjoy the sunrise and go for daily walks down this beautiful white sand beach ! As we did reach out to island realty and they were extremely kind and helpful this condo does need a few updates. Just new bedding and curtains would make all the difference for this condo.most area rugs are stained which could also be replaced easily and cheaply. As I was excited for my master suite to sit outside it came with one plastic chair. Also to have just a few essentials such as salt and pepper in house would be great for people just staying a few days like us. Also having beach chairs for the guest would have been a great bonus. Other wise this condo was great for our long weekend we really enjoy the location and the amenity’s wild dunes had to offer.

Reviewer Comments: The location is fantastic, the beach was so clean and peaceful almost like having the brach to yourself.the golf courses are just minutes away The villa was clean nicely decorated my family telly enjoy themselves.If I had to pick one thing I woukd change would be the upstairs front bedroom would have a queen bed , that is being picky every thing else was perfect

I had read a few reviews about the loud washing machine but the level of loudness was still a surprise. When we first used it, I really thought an airplane was landing in the hallway upstairs. It’s VERY loud. That’s the only negative. If it’s not changed out, run it during the day, not at night. No way you could sleep with it running.

In order for the property to go from good to great they’d need to: 1) replace the beds which were too hard and transferred motion, 2) improve AC flow to the upstairs as it got warm and stuffy at night, 3) upgrade the outdoor furniture as it was the uncomfortable, cheap plastic stuff you get at your local hardware store.

It appears that mold is growing on some of the pictures hanging in the family room. The washing machine was a bit smelly. The WiFi worked great. The kitchen was nice. The screened in porch was very nice. Overall we had a good time staying here.

Check in/check out was easy and Beach Club Villa 49 was a fantastic condo to stay in! After visiting Wild Dunes for several years, at different condos, this one is my new favorite!
