Luxury Designer Home, Pool & Hot Tub, Elevator, Across From Beach Access

Very welcoming host. Accommodations were great. Beautiful place. Second time we have stayed. Still great!

Excellent stay. The house is extremely clean, well equipped, and spacious. Very convenient to the beach, hot tub and pool, open floor plan, designer kitchen, great a/v and amenities.

Great property. There were 11 of us together for a sibling/spouse reunion. House was perfect, pool and hot tub very relaxing. Kitchen is fully stocked, refrigerator is huge, 2 dishwashers and we all had a king size bed. Great. Thank you. We will be back.

This was a perfect place for our family! We have outgrown any of our houses with 4 adult siblings with spouses and a mom and 2 infants, 3 small kids, 3 teens. The house was sparkling clean and stunningly beautiful. A very easy walk to the beach and nice sunrise views from the porch. Thank you!

It’s a nice house, new, clean, good locations, but the elevator and grill did not work and the property manager never came over. Promised credits and deliveries and still Waiting going on 2 monrhs

This property is very well kept and in a great location. We were there during hurricane Debby and even thought the weather was horrible this property was excellent. Communication with owner was fast and she was very helpful. Checked in on us due to weather issues, etc. Great place I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time celebrating several of us turning 50 at this amazing beach house. The property manager was responsive (thanks, Blair) and helpful in booking a chef for us one evening. Be aware that youllneed to give notice ahead of time if you need the pool to be heated. I'd also recommend bringing some extra TP, and maybe a portable bluetooth speaker unless you have a savvy tech person in your group. Do use the iPad in the kitchen to take a group selfie, enjoy the deck(s) at night, and take thr short walk to the ocean . . . Have fun on IOP!

This home was beyond our expectations. It had every amenity possible. Pool and hot tub directly off the open space room. each room with its own TV and bathroom was a huge plus the location couldn’t have been better. less than five minutes to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our week here and hope to return to this home same time next year. Comfortable, clean,well stocked kitchen, excellent location, responsive manager. we were sad to leave.
