Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice and great proximity to the beach. It was part of 3 units rented with the family. Overall room was very good but there were a few issues - track for main bathroom shower door needs to be fixed, couldn’t bring beach wagons into room and got a notice we couldn’t leave outside door, and most beach paths had steps which was difficult for beach wagons.

I would suggest a few things to make the condo top of the line: 1. Please upgrade the TVs. I understand you don’t go to the beach to watch TV but you are in the condo at night and the TVs were so small, you could not see the guide. 2. The master bedroom mattress is horrible to say the least. 3. The air only flows in the master bedroom, kitchen and living room. There was zero air flow in the back two bedrooms.
