Beautiful house, incredible location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is so well equipped with everything a large group could need. The property manager and owner were so responsive and pleasant to work with!

Gorgeous home, perfect layout for all guests, stunning views. Only disappointment were a few fireplaces did not work , one inside and one outside and the last two days of our visit was cold.

Beautiful family reunion beach rental for family of 16. This is not just a beach house, it’s a mansion on sand. The moment you walk into kitchen, dining, and living areas, the sprawling windows and oceanview will overwhelm. House super well stocked and 6 bedrooms have walkout porch views. Double kitchen sinks, fridges, and dishwashers are bonuses, and we liberally used the hottub and heated pool. Overall, a great winter retreat for all and Kudos to the Kay family and manager for an idyllic week.

The place was stunning, incredibly well stocked and taken care of, the view of the ocean and dolphins playing was second to none. Also super accommodating of our requests. Highly highly recommend.

Incredible house! We had a couple of minor issues but the management company took care of everything fairly quickly. We had a large group and having multiple ovens, fridges, microwaves etc really helped! House seemed very clean and was well-equipped. If we were to do this kind of vacation again - I woould defintiely go back.

This was our second time staying at the Kay’s home …. And all 21 of us had a very special tme! The home is beautiful well equipped and very comfortable! Pool deck and beach views are spectacular!! 100% recommend this home !!

Our family group of 19 had a wonderful week here. The main level deck with the great covered sitting area and dining table with views over the pool of the beach and ocean was an especially fantastic feature. The home was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Extremely well supplied, appliances, towels, dishes, cooking supplies, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, pool and beach toys. Finicky elevator.

This was perhaps the most beautiful and the most generously stocked VRBO our family had ever stayed in. The location at the beach was incredible. There was some construction on the beach during our stay that the manager worked with us to find as best as solution as we could. I would highly recommend going. And I would enjoy going back myself.

Everything about our family’s spring break stay was fantastic. This is truly a luxury home and is in great shape. We were disappointed that the elevator was out of service during our stay, but the owners communicated and made it right. Any other issues we had, they were quick to respond and take care of us.The house has everything you could possibly need: beach, chairs, recreational equipment, plenty of seating on the pool deck, and extremely well-appointed kitchen. Dual dishwashers, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, etc. Ample seating everywhere. Plenty of spacious bedrooms, most with views. Great views of the currently-being-renourished beach. This really is a perfect place for a family beach trip and we will absolutely return. P.S. Make sure you go to Acme Lowcountry Kitchen (for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.)

This home is spectacular! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and serve large groups of people. The home is beautifully decorated with lots of cozy spaces and stunning ocean views from almost every room. Easy commute to downtown Charleston and only steps from the beach. The owner and management team were very responsive and excellent to work with. Our family ages ranged from 5 to 80 and everyone had a fabulous time.

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was clean, well-located and had everything we needed to cook for a large group. Highly recommend!!
