Spanning 4,188 square feet, this home offers ample space for your comfort and enjoyment. Each of the nine bedrooms is a sanctuary of its own, offering sumptuous accommodations and modern amenities. From king-sized beds to queen-sized retreats and a cozy bunk bed haven, every guest will find their perfect sanctuary. 6 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The bunk room shares the bathroom with the main level living area, and the master king bedroom 1 and king bedroom 9 share a jack and jill bathroom. Linens/Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Parking - A maximum of 6 vehicles can be parked at this property.

Elevator - Instructions for elevator use will be included in your electronic Guest Guide which will be texted to you 14 days prior to arrival.

✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $1,500.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

    Great accomodations, especially since we got a couple days of rain. Proximity to the beach and bike trails is a plus once the rain cleared.

    Our family of 12 adults and 5 children had a wonderful stay in IOP. There was plenty of room for all of us including the dining room that allowed everyone to eat at the same time. One member in our group has difficulty ambulating and the presence of an elevator was greatly appreciated. They have a game room on the first floor and a swimming pool on the top. The beach was just a short walk across the street and included a boardwalk that you could take almost all the way to the water. For a couple of minor issues that came up, they were fixed immediately by the staff. Our family has been coming to IOP for the fast few years and this was the best place that we have stayed. If we return to IOP in the future we would certainly try to stay here again.

    This house was amazing for our large group! Pool, beach across the street, elevator to schlep groceries to the kitchen, game room (saved us on a rainy day), multiple porches to hang out on, etc. Perfect beach house for a multi generational trip. Communication for the property manager was easy and they are incredibly proactive. Highly recommend this house if you are going to IOP.

    We had 17 adults together ranging in age from 21 to 90 to celebrate my Father’s 90th birthday. This house couldn’t have been more perfect for us. Plenty of space in the common areas for everyone to gather. The rooftop deck was amazing, and we were fortunate to have a few beautiful days to enjoy it. Easy access to the beautiful beach and to stores for the items we invariably forgot to bring. Much fun was also had with the pickleball court and putting green. A wonderful time in a beautiful home.

    This place was awesome! We were there with 3 other couples and 7 kids among us under 4. The house was spacious, clean and seemed much nicer than the photos suggested. For some reason we thought it looked dated but were pleasantly surprised to find it was very well maintained. The office was super responsive via phone, text and email. We called for a minor issue and they sent someone out to repair it right away. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. The pool was great and there is an awesome hangout area with patio furniture that is covered that we used on a rainy day. One thing to note for kids - only one bathroom had a tub. Very minor but good to know. Our group would all come back here in a minute. Highly recommend.

    This property was amazing...the pictures are accurate and their roof top pool area made it so special.... Dog friendly beach across the street for all the four legged friends to get a swim as well... We thoroughly enjoyed and would book again....
