This condo features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and a Keurig/Cappuccino maker, as well as a furnished oceanfront balcony, washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. An air scrubber that eliminates airborne microorganisms and cleans the air. Other amenities include two TVs (second bedroom has no cable), DVD player, and Wi-Fi. Sleeping accommodations include one queen, two doubles, and a sofa bed. Common area features two elevators in both towers, two oceanfront swimming pools and hot tubs, parking (some covered) 7-foot clearance. Parking spaces are limited and availability is based on the size of each unit. One bedroom units are assigned one pass; two and three bedroom units are assigned two passes. Vehicles not displaying a parking pass on the rear view mirror or in a prominent area on the dash board are subject to immediate towing per the Surf Master HOA.
